  1. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.

  3. Do you have a specific item you can point me to that should show please, John? Twitter, it may well be them unfortunately. Promotion to social media sites is something very likely to be removed because of this. They are simply making it hard work to deal with them of late
  4. There isn't a way in which to do that, unfortunately.
  5. The way of doing that at present, as mentioned above, would really be through the activity streams. You can set up streams that will be available to all users too if needed. Please take a look here, which shows more on that There isnt really a "one page shows all" thing that you are describing there though.

  8. We do have changes that we want to make within the commerce area of the software for future releases. So we very much welcome all feedback of course. I would however point out here that "Unheard" is incorrect. All feedback is looked at, however, not everything will make it into the software.

  13. Something there is stopping me from logging in as users. Is this something on the account provided? I would need to be able to do this in order to check the issue
  14. I can access your sftp and admin cp yes, but there is nothing for us o correct here. You have simply uploaded to a location which is not where your site is located
  15. Yes, thats the one. The problem you have there, is that the location you have uploaded to (and that which you added in the client area) isnt where your software is installed. If you look at the path you have when you log into your sftp, you will see this is not the same location as when you look in the support area of your admin CP
  16. They should actually be below that list in another section showing you can install. If you are not seeing that, please ensure you access details on file are up to date so I can take a look for you.

  18. Applications and plugins that are added to our marketplace are reviewed by our development team to ensure they meet our marketplace standards. However these are indeed 3rd party. Any 3rd party code added to a site could potentially carry risks
