  1. It has been logged as a bug, as mentioned in the ticket there. So we will get that resolved
  2. If you can update your admin details on file, I can certainly take a look at what you have an make recommendations on what you can change there. Im not sure what it is you mean on here.
  3. You should be using -TESTINSTALL at the end of the license key on your test install. Then you can upgrade from there
  4. Yes, I would certainly recommend invision being in a separate database. Separating databases would be a manual task to see which are tables from invision, as you have the same prefixes, which would also not be recommended. In terms of the message, yes switching the memory table will likely correct the message. I would say though, if you are just trying to remove a message and know what is causing it, I would ask if its worth it to you to do?
  5. You would not see that, as you are already set to be notified, looking at your previous screenshot
  6. Have you seen this happening after your upgrade to the latest release? I believe this may be an item that was resolved there
  7. There is clearly an issue being investigated in your ticket which is causing a problem with the traditional Zapier connection, which is why my colleague suggests using webhooks instead. Of course, you can certainly suspect them to be the same if you like, however I'd personally go for the opinion of the person who writes them 😉
  8. I'm a little confused as to what you say there. You say you have no non-INNODB tables, but also say you have one memory table. You do seem to have data from multiple applications in that same database too, which would not be advisable
  9. Thank you for letting us know 🙂
  10. I think you are confusing browser functionality and software functionality on this one. Most browsers will ask if you want to enable notifications if they are available on the site, but that is indeed browser functionality. It sounds like you have an issue with your browser there
  11. Done
  12. I have moved this to our feedback forum for you. There is no way in which to do so at present
  13. Thank you for reporting, and will pass this on to our server guys
  14. The only permanent solution to that problem, would be to get your hosting company to resolve the issues with the MySQL setup. There isn't anything in terms of software fixes. As mentioned above, all tables should be INNODB. Of course, if you would rather not deal with hosting at all, there is always our cloud solution that may be worth checking out
  15. Also please ensure you test on a default unaltered theme
  16. There is no way in which to prioritize one set over another at present, unfortunately
  17. You should do one for each issue
  18. Support was simply changed (quite some time ago now). As mentioned by Nathan, you would post on the community here, as you have done, in order to obtain support. These forums are staffed (Hi!), we can access your details as normal. If the need arises, we can move to an email ticket and can escalate as normal.
  19. I have created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
  20. Please clear your browser cache and then try this again. I am seeing this with no issue, as you can see
  21. plugins folder would probably be wise too.
  22. The site is licensed to be used on 1 URL. Assuming the URL itself is not changing, and its just load balancing?
  23. This is something you would really need to speak to your hosting provider on, to be honest.
  24. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  25. Invision licenses allow for only 1 installation per license, with the exception of one test instance that must not be used for development. So in order to do this, you would require new licenses for each. In terms of your second question there, are you referring to login state?
