  1. Have these people switched on the notifications in their account settings? Also, have they added the site on their device?
  2. I have passed on this information
  3. If you have 100, it will show 100
  4. I would need a specific member who cant see it here. I logged in as Eric Liu for example, and can see this no problem
  5. Glad to hear 🙂
  6. Please provide an example moderator and a link to the area. I can then take a look for you
  7. Yes, I understand what you mean now. There indeed is no individual permission for that
  8. It seems not. So your only option at this point would be 3rd party modification, as the software is actually working as designed
  9. Yes, that is correct. If you are using the community software as your whole site, the most sensible thing to do would actually be to have your site at the root of your domain
  10. You would need to actually set the pages application as your default application, which you would do by selecting the star icon in Site Features>Applications, and also set the default page in your pages application to that "front" page you have created
  11. These are things you would need to take up with your host. These really are simple queries that should be running efficiently
  12. Glad to hear things are now working for you
  13. Usually, performance issues with your mysql instance and/or mailing.
  14. I will pass this on and see if this is something that can be sorted out
  15. Usually that there are issues with the site saving data at times.
  16. Please could you give me the name of the groups?
  17. The reality here, is the only way it can see old files (think there is nothing to upgrade) are for the following reasons The latest files are not present Your server is for some reason loading old files (perhaps something like opcache) As you overwrite any files that exist, it would be overwriting the file which the system reads to see what version it is. So its reading that file and not seeing any updated version. No matter what else is done to troubleshoot there, this is how the system works.
  18. Im not sure what moderation you believe is not present on blogs. Please could you clarify?
  19. Glad to hear you found the issue. Moderator permission I assume?
  20. Fantastic 🙂
  21. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  22. Does "my 30s" count?
  23. Please provide a link to that item, and we can then take a look for you.
  24. "Comment/reply" is stated as it can be referred to in different ways, depending on where it is. For example, replies to a post can also be called a post. When you 'reply' to a file item, its actually not a reply, it's a comment (as you arent replying to anyone) Im not sure what you mean by the second item, as it depends on what item you choose. Please could you clarify the exact wording (screenshots may be helpful)
