  2. Could you update your access details on file? I can then see what error you are getting
  3. We would not be able to assist you with your server settings unfortunately. We can only state you must be able to send/receive on the URL you mention above.
  4. There are no set IPs for that domain. They can change. So it would be a case of checking the IP at the time its being used, if you can only whitelist by IP address
  5. We would need an example of this to take a look at and advise accordingly. In addition to what opentype has written here, the question I would be asking myself in your position wouldnt be "Why dont people check articles and blogs as often as forum posts". Its really that in which you need to answer, rather than duplicating content. After all, if you are going to do that, why not just post them in the forum only? Using things like blocks to highlight content, and indeed writing more engaging content can be helpful to achieving this. For example, you can see on our own community here we have blocks for our 2 sets of blogs on software changes on the user side and development.
  6. If they provide oEmbed support, please feel free to post requesting this in the feedback area. There is no support for that platform at present.
  7. That message "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET" is a hosting side issue. Its not getting to your server at all, let alone the software at that point. The second issue means you have the locale set on your language pack to a locale that doesnt exist on your server
  8. If you still have crashed tables, it will cause issues in all manner of places
  9. Ah I see what you are referring to now. It keeps the data on the original, however not the copied sizes

  13. This would be more a suggestion to change rather than an issue. At present, this is indeed working as intended. Users should opt not to store details if they dont wish for payment to be taken automatically. You could alternatively not allow them to store them by changing the payment method. In terms of credit, this will indeed automatically be drawn on if there is an invoice

  15. Check that database in Members->Staff->Moderators for your own entry, and ensure you have the ability to do this in here. In terms of the editor there, please check that on a default unaltered theme. If that is a WYSIWYG field, then you should be seeing the editor buttons.

  17. I have reported this as a bug, as you do appear to be on a later version than when the updates were done for their API. However please do ensure you update to the latest release when you can, to ensure you have the latest bug fixes

  22. There would be no way in which to do this on the topic feed at present, unfortunately. This is something you would need modification to achieve. Its worth bearing in mind that blocks are also cached, which doesnt tend to make them suitable for this kind of thing

  24. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you. If you add those, we can take a quick look to see if there is anything obvious here. However in reality, it can only be something done wrong in the move there
  25. On the first one, you would approve on the front end. You will be able to see those as a member of moderation on the front end, and will also see them in the approval queue in the moderator CP On the second item, Im not sure what you mean here by you cant format. Please could you clarify specifically what it is you cant set?
