  1. This would be a question for your email host also While I understand the conclusion you seem to have arrived at here, we have many thousands of people using SMTP on a daily basis on our software, and the error message itself is not being thrown by our software. The error is being returned from your email hosting provider.
  2. As has already been mentioned there, you need to check this with your provider. The message there is coming from your email service
  3. Its certainly something we have on our radar in terms of ensuring people can make pages easier 🙂
  4. I have taken a look at their documentation, and it appears this is missing because your facebook developer account must have business verification. This permission or feature is only available with business verification. You may also need to sign additional contracts before your app can access data. https://developers.facebook.com/docs/features-reference/oembed-read
  5. The report is that the user can't get it to work using the official instructions. The response is that I will need to take a look at it. Honestly not sure where you got the impression I wasn't looking at this?
  6. I would need to take a look at this. Its very likely they have changed the process unfortunately. Please bear with me while I confirm
  7. Unfortunately, facebook change things on a regular basis with things like this. What point is it you are struggling with?
  8. There is no way in which to do that within the software at present. Once an item is gone, it doesnt exist at all and would give a 404
  9. There is no way in which to create a group blog under clubs. Club blogs are owned by the club owner. Users can respond to blog entries, but not create them
  10. users can only post entries to their own blogs, or a group blog. The blog in question there is neither a group blog created by yourself, or a blog created by that user. Its actually a blog created by the owner of that club. The exception to that rule is members of staff
  11. I have hidden this as it was an email address, but have the detail, thank you. Please could you also link to the blog in question, as Im not seeing any issues on this account.
  12. Please could you provide me with an example member who is logged in and seeing that? I'm logged into your ACP a present and cant see anything obvious
  13. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  14. If you have 100% completed those, upload a fresh set of files from your client area, then run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade
  15. Ive moved this to our developer connection forum, as this would be a better place for you to get coding guidance.
  16. You would need to take a look at your server configuration. Just a quick google on this https://serverfault.com/questions/517190/nginx-1-fastcgi-sent-in-stderr-primary-script-unknown
  17. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  18. These are only loaded from locale at present. Please feel free to post up a suggestion for change in our feedback area, if you would like to see changes in this area
  19. The error you are getting is coming from your server. You would need to check your server error logs to see what the underlying errorr is there
  20. I would disable varnish cache and then try this again
  21. This is controlled by the locale in your language pack. So you would need to ensure you have also selected the relevant locale
  22. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. Please add the URL of the location you logging into within your notes We look forward to further assisting you.
  23. I cant see anything that would do this, nor am I able to replicate. If you see this happen on the next release, please could you let us know, and we can take a closer look
  24. I user would not be able to delete an item of content from your community unless you give them global permission to delete their own content. If you wanted to do that, you could set it within that users group, by setting the "Can delete own content?" option
