  1. These are actually set once, and only reset if you reset the main URL. However I have gone ahead and done that for you
  2. If you can do that, it woul;d be helpful, yes. Also please ensure that you backup everything first, before we test this
  3. I can see this has happened on your site with the example you messaged me, but I'm unable to replicate it on my end. Please disable all 3rd party items, and test this.
  4. I have created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
  5. When you convert the trial to paid in the client area, the site will remain the same, so it will actually be the same URL unless you request a new one. If you are looking to use your own domain name, and you request for that to be set up, then yes our old URL will redirect to the new one
  6. Thats something you would need to speak to your hosting provider on
  7. Are you seeing anything in your system logs for the times you did this?
  8. Glad to hear you have it working 🙂
  9. Not at present, but thank you for the feedback of course. We anticipate there will be things people bring up once this has been released that can be improved on, as with most new features.
  10. We dont offer the video services for meetings unfortunately. We can show live videos within live topics, but this would be more of an 'event' type environment, rather than a meeting. For example, we have our release chats which we show in a video event, and others can participate in the form of questions. You can see how this works here, if its of interest. We dont have a live chat feature at present. There are a few 3rd party applications Ive seen which add this. Of course, feel free to get them to drop our sales team a message if there is anything we can discuss with them. https://invisioncommunity.com/contact-us
  11. All good 🙂 Always best to ask and be incorrect, than not to ask and get caught out. Will close this for you
  12. I suspect you are also on PHP 7 there, so its very unlikely you are going to be able to run from the adminCP. As mentioned, you would need to upgrade manually. Essentially you would be doing the following from your current version Backup everything. Check your 3rd party items are compatible with the latest release. If they are not, you would need to update or remove Ensure you site is running PHP 8 (that will render your site broken, as your current version isnt compatible. Dont worry it will be back online once you have upgraded) Upload a fresh set of files from your client area Run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade
  13. Thats probably something that could be worded a little differently, rather than something that is an actual issue there.
  14. If you are unsure what htaccess login is, you dont have it 🙂 Please let us know if you still have issues of course, but sounds like you got it
  15. If you click on PHP info on the right of the support area, and search for CURL, you will see thats not the case. At present its 7.29 you are running on that PHP version
  16. Ive moved this to our developer connect forum for you, which is better placed for responding to this
  17. Please check permissions on your s3 bucket. From what you have said there, am I correct in saying that files were copied to local, but just not actually removed? That would lead me to believe it may be delete permissions that are an issue
  18. Just to add to the above, you wont see where you enter those details until you select the SMTP option
  19. At present your site is set to use PHPMail according to what you have there, so it would be trying to use PHPMail on your server to send from the email address you have set just above that setting. If you want it to use smtp in the same manner as your other, you would need to select smtp and enter the relevant details.
  20. The idea is you really shouldn't care about the environment in any way. Thats our job. Ask yourself, do you want to look at server parameters, or do you want to run a community? Most people, in our experience, play with servers for one of 2 reasons. They either enjoy it (no idea why lol), or they have simply always done it that way. Most fall into category 2. As mentioned by Randy above, most tend to find the idea of letting go harder than it actually is. In terms of which plan to go for, you wouldnt be lookin at cpu/ram etc. Again, boring. Thats our job. The only consideration is storage, and what features you want to be able to use. You can see all of those here https://invisioncommunity.com/buy You can indeed. I see you are currently using a subdomain. What would happen, is once you are moved over and you have checked to ensure things are as expected, we would provide you with 2 CNAME entries. You add those to your domain, let us know, and we take care of the rest Support is the same in terms of the software, except you can contact via email if needed. Of course the main change however, is we are in charge of your hardware environment too. So essentially, if you have a problem you contact ourselves unless it's a 3rd party item or something you control yourself such as an external email service if you decide not to use ours.
  21. No problem at all. Glad you managed to get them all translated in the end
  22. After changing archive settings, it should actually unarchive itself over time
  23. Doing something like this and getting someone who can optimise your server would certainly be your best approach
