    Please could you let me know, are you looking for those analytics to have been copied, or are you saying its not capturing after its been copied?

    If its working on a device they havent used and incognito, the issue there cannot be with the software unfortunately. What is different there is cache and cookies. Please get those users to clear both

    You would need to check your 3rd party applications there, as this is not something within our core application

    I've not seen that happen, but it something not really possible to investigate if there are no error logs and the issue is no longer present. I would advise if you see it happen again, let us know so we can investigate. The most likely cause in situations like this, is an inability to write something to disk at the time. It being with both sites, it seems very highly unlikely to be the software, and more likely to be environment. After all, the chances of the same thing happening on both sites at the very same time is very unlikely.

    There are no issues with safari that I am aware of, and I use safari quite a substantial amount of the time myself

    It would be worth knowing exactly what is being copied and pasted in order to advise

    is the task file itself executable by the system? I realise you mention there is no error showing, but its also not doing anything, so on that basis I suspect its not getting as far as something throwing errors

    Could you please get a copy of the item itself from your user, zipped up? We can then see the file itself and see what could be causing your problem

    You would be best to contact your hosting company and obtain the correct methods of doing this. Backups via a tool such as these is also generally not a good idea

    Caught me. Very much read that incorrectly 😄 John, please could you confirm this is definitely adsense you are referring to?

    I cant actually l see any from that member at present on your site. The likely scenario is that there have been quite a few posts, and they were in the queue for deletion at the time. Have they since disappeared?

    Yes, the back end and front end login for your admin account are the same login. The only way you would have any further login needed is if you have specifically set up two factor authentication for the admin CP

    Better than that, you can place it in a place designed for this purpose 🙂 If you go to System->Site Features->Integrations, you will see google analytics in there. Click to configure this, and select enable, then add that code you have been given into the "Google Analytics tracking code" window

    There is no way in which to get that displayed to guests. The page itself simply wouldnt make sense in that context as guest cannot have unread content as they arent a member
