  1. Please check your google analytics code added in System>Integration>Google Analytics. You have added google ad code in there rather than your analytics code, which is what is causing the issue
  2. We wouldnt usually document items related to server items, but I will make a note to see if I can add a note there somewhere. Cloudflare is quite a common cause of many issues, which is why its shown in the admin CP
  3. the first URL mentioned, actually redirects to the new one. You need to ensure your servers are not blocking facebook requests. From the above, it seems that they are
  4. I see this has now been resolved on your ticket, and was a 3rd party plugin. 🙂
  5. I have created a ticket for you. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible.
  6. At present, your PHP memory limit is too low. It needs to be set to 128M or more.
  7. This has now been resolved in the 4.6.9 version which has just been released. Please feel free to let us know if you are seeing any issues after upgrading

  21. The FTP access on file is no longer working, so I cannot check this. My suspicion is there was a 3rd party item in which you no longer have the files for. Please check your server error logs, which will show the error in question
  22. You would need to enable the record image item, as mentioned by opentype above and shown in the image. You would then need to edit the article and upload to that field.
  23. When is it you switched this on? I ask, as this will run on a cleanup task, so would not work instantly
  24. You can either overwrite, or just run the upgrade from the page you were on there if you were already on the latest release, as the files would already be present
  25. I believe this was around 4.3. Note that it will not break what you have there already if you already had one in place.
