  1. Please could you provide some examples I can take a look at? If they are posting and you have posting disabled, either your settings are out, or there is an issue somewhere.
  2. We would not talk with your external suppliers. That would be something for yourself to do. I will see if I can get someone to take a look at this topic for you, however I would say its been answered above here Do you have that setting switched on? If you do, Im not sure what other answer you are looking for there, as the answer is already present in this topic
  3. There is nothing in terms of stock that you can use for this on the classic platform.
  4. Either the width of something on the main section or width of something on the sidebar is too wide. Please remove any custom elements from those. It may be best to remove blocks one by one till you find the cause
  5. I would very much advise the above. 500mb is tiny in today's world
  6. If you take a look at the following, this explains how it works 🙂 https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/advanced-options/configuration-options/using-constantsphp-r25/
  7. I have made a change there. Please let us know if thats not making any difference in a few days
  8. Im quite confused by your response here. Are you responding to the wrong topic?
  9. Feel free to post up a suggestion within our feedback area, if its something you would like to see in future.
  10. If you disabled, did you click to unarchive? Otherwise it will just sit there
  11. And thank you for the constructive feedback. I will certainly get that passed along 🙂 Glad to have you on board
  12. I think you may be missing what Im saying there. There is no "author", so there is no detail to add. There is no URL there for us to add to it as there is no URL to a guess author
  13. If you do adjust them, do not do so directly from that file. You need to do this in a constants.php file
  14. Unfortunetly there isnt really any way in which to do this at present
  15. Glad to see you have what you need. You can read more about the spam prevention items here if needed
  16. I have to be honest, I feel you are really over thinking this. If you are running a site, this will happen at times. Bots mainly, but others will simply actually be guests on the site. Unless there is a specific reason to believe they are causing you an issue, you really should be ignoring them.
  17. You would need to upload a fresh set of files from your client area, as it now contains more files. So you would merge in the new files. Once done, you will see it available to install from System>Site Features>Applications
  18. I have removed the IPs there, but I have them hidden so we can see them. Please update your ftp access details also as this will need to be escalated
  19. Ive created a ticket on this for you, so we can take a closer look
  20. In order to do this, you would switch off standard login for the front end in the same area.
