  19. Please could you clarify what items they are, as Im not seeing any items in black on the calendar. I would need to know the name of the calendar

Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   23. Please clear your browser cache and disable any browser plugins. Im seeing no issue on your site, even on your native language pack
  24. I would think they should do, but please check after the permissions issue is resolved, as its causing all sorts of oddity at present
