I hope that you in the future could have more focus On third party developers.
I’m sure all the team have worked hard On all of this, but my users mostly don’t care about all this.

Many users in this forum have asked again and again to get back the link to the markedplace from index - but this rather small suggestion has not been implemented, and trafic on the markedplace have declined (just an observation - not sure it is true). Active third party developers are superimportant.

I've got a lot to work on with this. I started with running Redis and having caching through Cloudflare. I tried some of the optimisations in Ezoic and had issues with CSRF keys with Invision. I had it running blistering fast, sub <2s then I started experiencing issues with users logging in. This is something I really need to start from the ground up again, but just haven't had the time.

I've recently moved one of my sites over to Ezoic. It was pretty easy through cloudflare. I had to disable some of the JS, CSS and minify settings under LEAP though, because of issues.  For disabling ads to subscriber groups, have you tried setting a meta tag under disable ads by page? Create a meta tag and then wrap it to show only for certain user groups you don't want to show ads to. Create the name and content, something like:
    {{if member.inGroup('x')}} <meta name="ezoicstopads" content="subscribers" /> {{endif}}

AlexWebsites got a reaction from estan in 4.6.8 - SEO and significant drop of site visits. Why?
I just checked three of my sites that have all upgraded to 4.6.8 and user visits are are relative to where they where on 4.6.7, no significant change. Pageviews as well. I'm waiting for a bump in visits/activity, but that may take some time if these SEO updates are impactful. The main thing I wanted to add here @estan is that I do not see a correlation on my end of a traffic dip with updating to 4.6.8. I know it can be gut wrenching when traffic dips, so I hope this helps.

    Hello,
could you please also add "years" as a milestone condition for "time since registered"?
My forum is very old and 10x365 days is not 10 years. 😉

I use both and they run independently of each other. Newsletters uses your sending method and this AWS app changes the default sending method. Works fine.

😁 I see the module is locked so it has no padlock. I will update it in next version.
I will test the bug and consider your suggestions.

Currently, what you want here is indeed possible through group permissions, however, you would need to allow your purchased group to be able to download any file throughout time. This setting is an all or nothing setting (as usually, it's provided to admins/moderators): Edit Group -> Downloads tab -> Can download paid files without paying?
Through this, you would not need to make any change to your setup now as this would be handled through group permissions. Just would need to ensure that your groups are setup properly through registration.

Depends on the site. You already have 'Mark as Solved' from IPS, something in those lines, help anyone a few time per month and you will get that subscription, for free.

AlexWebsites reacted to Nathan Explosion in Is the default IPS CKeditor changing to Moona-Lisa
<script> if(typeof CKEDITOR != 'undefined'){ CKEDITOR.config.uiColor='#444444'; } </script> It needs to be done this one as the "config" is generated on the fly by ips.ui.editor.js, and isn't actually stored in the filesystem - so editing config.js file in the ckeditor folder on the server isn't going to do anything.

Facebook isn't going anywhere in the short term. Horizon or whatever, will be the parent company. Facebook will just be one of the app/sub-companies. Its a bunch of nothing news for the general user and more for zukerberg and team to untie all that is tied to facebook. This way you can shut that down if needed and/or still operate the other companies/profit centers independently of one another under a new parent company name.  The writing is on the wall for facebook, younger generations want nothing to do with it. Add to that all the controversy, this is the smartest thing they can do to separate their businesses.

AlexWebsites got a reaction from sobrenome in Edit Content within Moderator Approval Queue
It would be great to be able to edit content within the moderator approval queue. Have an Edit button next to Delete. Ideally that then allows you to edit and move content as needed. But if that's too difficult to implement, maybe the edit button just takes you to the actual content to edit (in edit mode) and once you complete, save, and approve, maybe it brings you back to the approval queue for the next content to edit.
I would also like titles editable by hover/click (like they are elsewhere) and maybe the ability to add tags within this step.

AlexWebsites reacted to 13. in SEO feature: implement IndexNow support
    What is IndexNow?
IndexNow is an easy way for websites owners to instantly inform search engines about latest content changes on their website. In its simplest form, IndexNow is a simple ping so that search engines know that a URL and its content has been added, updated, or deleted, allowing search engines to quickly reflect this change in their search results.
Without IndexNow, it can take days to weeks for search engines to discover that the content has changed, as search engines don’t crawl every URL often. With IndexNow, search engines know immediately the "URLs that have changed, helping them prioritize crawl for these URLs and thereby limiting organic crawling to discover new content."
IndexNow is offered under the terms of the Attribution-ShareAlike Creative Commons License and has support from Microsoft Bing, Yandex.

AlexWebsites reacted to Marc Stridgen in [Downloads] Moderation, Editing and Copy Settings Issue
OK so on discussing this, its actually intended workflow. You can only actually have one pending and one latest version at any one time. So in order to add a new version you would first either need to reject or approve the version that is pending.

AlexWebsites reacted to Marc Stridgen in [Downloads] Moderation, Editing and Copy Settings Issue
I have copied that setting, and it appears to be copying everywhere without any issue. Are you ensuring you have saved the valid on that category first before you try to copy it? Otherwise you would be copying whatever the valid is on that saved category
With the other issue, please provide a user and item you are happy for me to play with.
