I've upgraded my test site from 4.2.8 to 4.3.3 All good, but even on 4.3.3 before tweaking the new emojis options, I was able to convert text into the old emoticons. For example :) would automatically turn into as I typed. After tweaking around and saving the emojis preferences, it doesn't do that any longer. I tried different combinations of the settings and still no luck; :) simply remains :) and I see that it happens the same on this site. This is how I believe the preferences were before tweaking them around (I saved EmojiOne Style initially), and this also what I reverted to after noticing the problem. Any ideas please?

Is it possible to put My Details into the user's menu instead of having to take up room on my main nav menu? If not, how do you guys handle these? Are they all available somewhere else my users can navigate to? When I say "My Details" I am talking about: Manage Purchases Billing Agreements Account Credit Addresses Subscriptins Alternative Contacts Orders Personal Information

Not sure if this is possible, but if someone has the skills and knowledge ... I would appreciate the information. I normally use this widget for setting up php content in pages My idea would be to create a page with 2 blocks. 1 block would display 3 buttons and the other block would be empty (waiting for a code line) When the user clicks in one of the buttons, the button instruction should add a "iframe" line in the empty block so it loads the content from an external source. Not sure if I made myself clear, but the idea is to be able to change a block content on the fly using another block to send the code lines

I have a nice message in my dashboard. Dangerous PHP Functions Enabled We recommend disabling the following functions on your server, or at least in the directory that your community is installed in. If you do not manage your server yourself, your hosting provider will be able to assist with this. exec, system, pcntl_exec, popen, proc_open, shell_exec It's after the big upgrade.. Should i add something to a file or remove some files or just leave it...?

I'm unable to upload some of my files to my site because the limit is 7mb and these files exceed it. What I can't understand is where this limit is set. I've checked the php.ini in my domain's root and that contains upload_max_filesize = 20M I've checked in the server root too. (My site is located in an addon domain.) upload_max_filesize = 50M I can't see anything in conf_global nor locate any settings in the ACP. What am I missing? Where could this limit of 7mb be coming from?

Hi Guys, I have nearly 19,000 members in my community and I am storing personal data. I'm trying to get GDPR compliant so I don't have any trouble in the long run. In line with the GDPR we have to ask for consent to continue to mail users. As IP has done with an email is it possible we can do something like this? We have a way to check if a user has agreed to consent, but I can't find a way to be able to ask for consent within a bulk mail. Hope you can help guys, Jamie

We use Iubenda.com for our privacy policy but I can't get it to post into the Privacy Policy page. It's javascript but it is showing up as the actual code in plain text. I've also tried creating a block with the code in and used {block="blockname"} but that is coming up as plain text too. Any help please? Thanks

I am trying to posting an image using a remote url to upload the image into the post as an attachment, is this possible on 4.3.2 I know you can attach images using the choose files option and browsing to your images on pc and attach it that way and also use the insert other media to link to a image. some members don't want to link but have images in mail storage or other places and want to use a remote url to upload thee images. if there's not the option is there a plugin to achieve this. Thank you

Because we cannot have topic categories in clubs (?) my club owners have started creating a ton of topic features and now they are not only complaining about not being able to have topic categories, now they are complaining that their club menu looks like crap. Is it possible to allow them to have a drop-down menu or something to clean these up?

Within Commerce, I am creating a Product that when purchased will promote a Member to a new group called Supporting Member. I want this promotion to only last for 6 months. I enable the "Return to previous group when purchase expires or is canceled?" toggle BUT, how do I set the purchase expiration time????

I'm currently attempting to use the articles template in Pages but I am running into a slight problem. When I add an image (that's a record image, not an image I drop into the editor) of say 1200px X 600px it appears as a thumbnail instead of the full size image in the article body. I've search through the ACP and made changes to image dimensions, but the best I can achieve is an image slightly larger than the original thumbnail. I would prefer the image to be inserted to the size I uploaded. Apart from this single issue, the rest appears to working out as intended. Has anyone any idea how to overcome this? With thanks

Is there a way to disable IP from sending any and all e-mails to an account? I have a class of user that needs access to some store items but the store messages (e.g., invoices, renewal notices, etc.) are confusing to them. I've had a few calls from upset customers because they got a message saying "payment received for <product>" thinking I charged them even though it was all free and the invoice itself reflects that. I can't really change the wording of the e-mails themselves since this product is on sale for regular users, I just need IP Commerce to not send notifications like payment received or send them the renewal notice to customers I manually designate.

Hello I'm interested in exporting my member list into a my own contact manager, but I there is not filter to exclude banned members (members flagged as spammers or otherwise prevented from participating in the forum. Alternative you can add a field to indicate which member are banned so that these can be filtered out after the export. Thanks!

Is there a Custom Field option that I can use where the customer can select various items in the product and have it increase the quantity accordingly? Example: We are having an event where we will provide Breakfast for $5 each on Tue, Wed and Thu. I want one product with each of the days as a Custom Filed for that product and if they select Tue and Thu then the quantity increases to TWO and the amount goes to $10, if they select all three days then the quantity goes to three and the amount goes to $15

Hi all, Just wondering if a no-reply@domain.xxx is possible when sending out bulk emails, receiving notifications regarding private messages etc. We’ve had an issue in the past (different software package) where replying to the notification actually sends to everyone who receives the admin@domain.xxx emails. Not sure if changing the outgoing email address to no-reply would break the system. Any suggestions?

Evening everyone! I've just finished upgrading to 4.3.1 from 4.2.9. While I do like the changes brought about with this new release - quite a lot, in fact - I had to give up a ton in the way of plugins that aren't compatible with the new version. I want to go digging for downloads that will work with 4.3 with an eye toward replacing some of that functionality, but I don't see an option to limit the search by compatibility. If anyone can tell me how I can narrow the search without clicking through file by file, I'll be very grateful. Thanks! -Dev

I recently upgraded to 4.3.2. I now realise, after gruelling and mind-wracking troubleshooting on a somewhat related topic, that all of my custom Editor buttons have been completely WIPED. As I had them a day ago, I assume it was a recent upgrade, and the only upgrade I've performed was the 4.3.2. Not putting blame anywhere as I don't really have a clue what's going on, just grumbling and pissed off that I have to hunt down and reinstall buttons for footnotes, special characters, and reinstall the InfoBox buttons. ? Anyone else had issues?
