A while ago I moved gallery images over to S3 (from file storage), and whilst it was mostly a smooth experience, any files with special characters in their name (%!& etc) stopped working. They files did transfer over to S3, but S3 renamed them slightly, by replacing the special characters that aren't allowed on aws. As a result, on the front end interface of my site, those renamed files no longer worked, as the path was now very slightly different on S3 because of the forced name change. When it comes to the message notification specific to the mobile application, we can go to the private messages field and respond to the people and start a new personal conversation to the different person from the same place. But if there is no notification, how do we go to the private messages area and send private messages to someone? In the main application of Invision, I can not see that. (iOS App)

Is it possible to consider adding custom statuses to the orders feature in Commerce? I provide non-physical digital assets and business services, and would really appreciate the ability to assign custom statuses to each order (in progress, pending information, in production, complete, etc.). In terms of general layout, it would be VERY cool if the order would have it's own "forum-style discussion" section, where clients can communicate with me and/or my team regarding that particular order; a process much like the ability to post to a pre-defined forum when creating a database record, for example, would be excellent! Hi everyone! Prior to version 4.5, purchases did not require a credit card number when the invoice amount was zero (e.g. for trial periods). This was a very useful feature to increase customer engagement, for whom giving out their credit card was often a hindrance. Since version 4.5, the credit card number is unfortunately required for all purchases with renewal, even those with a free trial period. I'll try to look in the code to make some changes, but it doesn't look simple to me. Do you have an idea on how to simply restore the behavior of Commerce 4.4? Many thanks! 🤗

Hello, In the administrator settings of a club, it is not possible at the moment to make it public only for the community. The goal is that the member has to log in to see the content without necessarily joining the club.

Nobody is going to post a link to our main forum page and get people to buy something that way. Instead they will post links to various content on our site like blogs or gallery images, people will go to see the content, and some of them will eventually buy a product from us. The referral ID should work with links throughout the community like this: https://invisioncommunity.com/news/product-updates/health-dashboard-r1216/?_rid=1, not just the main page. This should be built into the share system so when people share a page on Twitter or whatever, the referral ID is tagged onto the URL automatically. We've created a group for "Founding Members" so we can give them a special badge... But the "rank" badge is showing up as well. Since we've just switched to invision, our founding members (who have lots of posts in the old platform) are getting a badge for our newer members --- which is kind of contradictory. Would be great to exclude the founding member group from the "ranking" system so they don't get these rank badges

Suggestion for making the UX experience more cohesive. On most sites where you use text editors (like the one I'm typing in here)... You can hit "command + K" (on a mac) to add a hyperlink. In invision, the only way to add a link to text is to click the little linky icon in the editing menu. Would be great to have this shortcut!

This is a rather annoying change and has caused me so many issues. Can we get this back? I've got so many apps stuck in limbo because I can't install from the acp because they don't support 4.5 and I can't update them manually because it's listed as a marketplace app. Is there not a way to manually set an app to custom?

Hi, please consider add audio player support to ips core features. As content manager tools, we can embed youtube and videos displayed in our topics or records, but missing audio player, we need upload audio files have it show to members as player...I think this is not so much as a content suite platform.

Hi, some of my members seemed to have bookmarked the /login/ page, so they think they have to login each time they visit the site, thinking "Keep me signed in" is not working. Well obviously they are already signed in, but are browsing to the wrong page. For a better user experience, it would make sense to tell them "You are already logged in" instead of showing them the Username+Password fields, or redirect them to the home-page instead....

Recently I have discovered that thousands of attachments images of my community were severely corrupted by the Smush it plugin of version 3.4. On AdminCP we can browser all attachments on ACP > System > Files. It's a great feature, but it could be improved. There is no bulk delete option and no option to remove the attachment alias from the posts that are linked to it. And there is no way to set how many attachments to browse per page. When you delete a donation goal it removes all data associated with it. This includes the name of the thing that people donated for. I would like to keep this information instead of deleting it so it would be nice to simply disable or deactivate a donation goal. It also helps if you want to re-enable/reactivate it later.

There are a lot of RSS feeds out there that have urls to videos that IPS automatically embeds, like youtube. Would be great to be able to import a video RSS feed or RSS feed from youtube and have the content automatically embedded within a post.

Hello, With COVID I have lost members/friends. I need to close the accounts of these deceased members but I don't want to delete their publications.
