One of my sites has the ability to edit the bio of the team page/directory, however another doesn't. Does anyone know how you enable this? Inside the team page/directory, there is a button 'edit your information' - for some reason this doesn't show for one of my sites, not even in the default skin. I assumed I made need to add myself as to it (rather than my group) however this didn't do the trick.

Hi all We have a script which sits in a folder within our forum directory which has suddenly stopped working (and i think it maybe after a security update) If i browse to http://forumurl.com/folder/script/script.php it wont even load the script i get just an invision power error despite i know the script is in this location.. Sorry, there is a problem The page you requested does not exist Error code: 1S160/2 Is there something i need to do to allow this to run as before? I have followed the guide and can now login via facebook but at point 5.3 I am not getting the 'Share to Facebook' button. I ran the debugger and go the attached messages. Bit lost. Well....I'm really hoping somebody can advise on this one... I have a science-based community where people need to be able to embed 3d models from another website into a database I've created with Pages. Embedding works already through the editor since I've added an iframe exception for the website that we embed from. I really need to be able to do this in pages and use a custom text field for the URL. I set it up and I can see it working fine...None of the other members can. Any ideas on how to allow iframes from this 3D website through to display on a record page within pages?

Wondering if anyone has used IPS in conjunction with another script, such as framing a page within an IPS template and running a script. In other words you're integrating the script but using an IPS header and footer with the content area in the middle of the script. There are some obvious compatibility issues like CSS but I'm more interested in the framing aspect (other than using a standard iframe.)

I've defined a custom field "gamekeyid" (type text and nowhere shown) one time for the product and one time for the customer, but neither show up in the rest api call /nexus/purchases. I don't know if all members are having the same problem from my website but I did some account checks and seems to be an little bug Image one is from my account! As you can see it says Store!! Image two is from all other accounts! As you can see it's saying Elite gaming Store! From the Menu Manager it says what the second image and that is Elite gaming Store!! How weird is that. It's always has been Elite gaming Store!! on all ranks but since the update my end is changed..... Can anyone work it out? I'll will also post under Bug Tracker soon

My forum auto-feeds topics onto Facebook In the 3.x version it would use the first image in a topic as the image shown on Facebook On 4.x version is now only uses the Facebook share image Is there a way to make sure that Facebook pulls the image out of the topic instead? e.g. if someone starts a topic about a car, and posts a big photo in the opening post, then on Facebook it would show the topic title, a bit of text from it, and the image that the member had posted?

Hi everyone! We are doing a test install for my site http://www.anxietycommunity.com, we've done the actual conversion (on a test site) but are having issues redirecting the URLs from vB5 to IPB. There's one issue I think it could be, when I started the forum, I changed the category URL structure (in vB5 you can change the category URLs without a plugin) So for example... http://www.anxietycommunity.com/forum/recovery/member-journals (default vb5 url structure) redirects to http://www.anxietycommunity.com/forum/member-journals (My version) So my question is, could this be what could be causing the problem..? I have a script that is in the root directory of the forums that starts with <?php $_SERVER['SCRIPT_FILENAME'] = __FILE__; require_once 'init.php'; \IPS\Dispatcher\Front::i()->init(); it is crashing on the ->init(); now that I updated to 4.1.14.3 Any ideas why this causes a crash saying the page doesn't exist (in devmode it says a 500 error) and isn't logging any thing to error_log or the internal logging?

Hi all, I was hoping someone might be able to help. I would like to make a check in php if basically the user had put some text in a custom field. The plan is to make a video section on the profile, add a custom user field for the user to enter the url and then add a check in the theme if member has added something to the field display block else don't. I've been experimenting and can do everything apart from the if statement. If you have any ideas please let me know!

I'm coming from xenforo and over it we have an system with email pipe of that get all returning emails and set users as "not confirmed email address". Then when user try to login over forum again, a popup window show for him it's needed to add new email address and confirm account and he are not able to login if don't do that. I wants to know if there is any way to set some users with "returning delivery" emails with status of "not confirmed email address". Even if it's a manually way (not automatic with mail pipe) and if when I do it, they will stop to receive emails from the forum.
