Hi, I'm working on integrating my payment provider for my website. As a callback URL, I created an API endpoint that works fine. Hi IPS, Since last 2-3 updates where you touched PayPal/MaxMind code, many customers is unable to pay using their usual PayPal accounts. Hi, good morning, Recently I have updated my Invision Community to the latest version. Since this moment I am not able to (re)activate the application 'Videos' from MichaelJ. I already contacted the author of this application but he advised me to contact Invision Community Support as the application is up to date and should be working. It seems like something is wrong in the software. Could you please advise how to solve this? Is there any possibility to overrule the locked application? Thanks in advance for any support. I can’t seem to find any option to change the time locale in invision suite . Is this a server side setting? I’m wondering where this is controlled? It is important when working with people across the pond , things affected are , activity stream , posting time etc . Any help is appreciated

Hello, I left everything working before I went to bed and today I come back to this? I have confirmed that it is the IPS software that is giving the error by installing another software on the main domain which works fine. Moving IPS to a subdomain throws the same error. Different browsers tried, clearing cookies tried. Any help on this?

I know about groups to restrict access to some sections to only some members. I am currently using it. Previously, when using bbpress, I was able to also restrict some access based on ccaps (custom capabilities in s2Member). This allowed me, for example, to restrict access to those who had purchased a specific course. Those customers could be in any of the existing groups so relying on "groups" to limit access is not reliable. I know I could grant access manually, to the clients, one at a time, and I might have to do that. However, does anyone know of a possible module that would allow limiting access based on other conditions than groups, especially if it could "und…

I am really lost and searching for help. My website, Keypro.com, about 6 months ago lost all the history regarding pictures and videos. I use you and Inmotion for my website so I am asking for help regardless of cost to try to resolve this. I am not sure if it would be this support or the other. There is a feature in vBulletin that I have always thought intuitive, where they show Members X (which is usually huge) amount and Active X amount (which is very small) at the bottom of of the site. Is there a way we can do this with Invision Community? If so, what would an 'active' member be by definition and what would an 'inactive' member be according to IC rules? If this capability is not possible with Invision Community, would it be possible to name a group 'Inactive' members and move them into this group (or just rename the members group to 'inactive members') by our own admin site definition? Hello, there. After enabling elasticsearch on IPB settings (and rebuilding the search index), the forum search always returns 0 results and any system that use the search, dont work either. Used my license but it doesn't work here on IPS too. If you go to a review on downloads file, type, and hit save, nothing is saved. The database column is NULL.

My forum stopped sending emails again. I'm currently using AWS SMS. Everything seems to be working fine on the SMS side according to the AWS SMS dashboard. Emails sent from outside the forum seems to coming through just fine. Also, I have an error with repeating log entries that will not repair. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

On my 4.7.11.1 site, I only have email/display name enabled (no Facebook, Twitter, etc). We have a single account that 3 different people use to share admin duties. For example Adminer with a gmail account of Adminer@gmail.com. Then we each have our regular user accounts Alvin, BillyB and Chis. On my site when I'm working as Alvin and logout and go back to the site ... I click on "existingUser?SignIn" I can then log in as Adminer. Logout and log back in as Alvin. Hello, I'm messing around with the push notifications to mobile devices and I noticed that when I click "enable in this browser" for both Chrome and iOS I am not getting the "Enabled in this browser" confirmation, even though I get a popup to accept or deny permissions. When I enable the push notifications via notification settings and accept the prompt, it gets stuck on "enabling..." Any suggestions? I checked the support tab and under the "Push Notifications" box it says no issues are detected.

I've run into an issue with SMF imports. I do one import from an SMF database. Works. Then I do a 2nd import from another SMF database.
