When I double-click an image that I have pasted into the thread, I get this message: Something Went Wrong. Please try again. Any ideas? Jim M Posted January 30, 2023 Share Posted January 30, 2023 Did you obtain the TypeError message you posted the 500 Internal Server Error log from your server? If so, could you please provide an example URL that you're trying this with? Unfortunately, trying here (on our latest beta) and on my own test community of 4.7.6, copying the image (not the URL of the image) and pasting in the editor, upon resizing, I am not getting an error. I checked with our team internally, and they think it is a bug introduced in one of the latest updates. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. One more question: I’ve just noticed that when uploading and downloading files on the General Forum, there is a load of numbers now added to the file name? If you're using a custom theme, please switch to an unmodified theme. Do you have an example topic or content item with an attachment like this which you can link us to?
