JuanP
I am having an issue with resizing images in the forum. When I double-click an image that I have pasted into the thread, I get this message: Something Went Wrong. Please try again. Any ideas? Jim M
Do you receive any errors in your browser console? (press F12 -> console on most browsers)
JuanP
Thanks @Jim M for replying. I'm getting the following: TypeError: Unsupported operand types: float * string (0) #0 /ips/system/Dispatcher/Controller.php(107): IPS\core\modules\front\system\_editor->image() #1 /ips/system/Dispatcher/Dispatcher.php(153): IPS\Dispatcher\_Controller->execute() #2 /ips/index.php(13): IPS\_Dispatcher->run() #3 {main}
Jim M
Did you obtain the TypeError message you posted the 500 Internal Server Error log from your server? If so, could you please provide an example URL that you're trying this with? Unfortunately, trying here (on our latest beta) and on my own test community of 4.7.6, copying the image (not the URL of the image) and pasting in the editor, upon resizing, I am not getting an error. JuanP
Yes, I can't reproduce the same TypeError message, but I still have the same issue. I checked with our team internally, and they think it is a bug introduced in one of the latest updates. Any other information that I can provide you with to help fix this issue? - thanks

Jim M
Testing this with the image there you've outlined and making changes as outlined, I am unable to reproduce this. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
