June 27, 20231 yr Author @Marc Stridgen @Adlago I also verified PHP error log, but its not showing any error though
June 27, 20231 yr Community Expert When I replied earlier there was no image in the first post. 🤨 Do you have anything logged in your browser's console?
June 27, 20231 yr Author Not seeing anything, From last 2 upgrades the direct download is not working. We are downloading the invision software manually from client Area and extracting that and uploading and updating the site. Not sure whats wrong with last 2 upgrades, this is making our site upgrade process so much painful. @Jim M Did you see any of such issues from others as well?
June 27, 20231 yr Community Expert Solution You have Ezoic injecting many ads onto your page from what I can tell when visiting the upgrader. I would suggest temporarily disabling that as if an ad is creating a Javascript error or causing some sort of other disruption this can impact other Javascript on the page.

June 27, 20231 yr Author Looks like thats the issue, I just disabled the Ezoic ads and now the upgrade is completed. I will follow this going forward.
