So im having trouble with a theme ive purchased from the market place everyone seams to get it working fine but the guys who i brought it from have no idea why when i load the theme the page redirects to the error page. they have asked me to contact IPS for support but also though id throw something here. Hello, Virus (probably bot) changed all of the fonts of my website: https://forum.dopalamy.com - Inspect any element and you will see enctrypted CSS with font called opendyslexic. I have searched any code that may cause this problem, but I couldn't find anything. I just downloaded whole website and scanned it with few keywords via Notepad++ without any results. Any ideas where to search? As you can see, it's long base64 code - when you decode it, it is simple CSS with few base64 inside aswell. Please help me, because I don't know what to do now... I have one of the newer versions of IPB. Kind regards

In Downloads, I had just noticed that files uploaded to a child category does not display in its parent category listing. Shouldn't the parent category display all files submitted to its children? Am I missing a setting?

I have a moderator that does not want to get notified of his PM's since it is redundant when he is always on the site. His settings do show that he has: "Send me news and information" .....unchecked "Method to use for content I follow automatically"......checked for "Do not send me notifications" I went to MEMBERS > MODERATORS > EDIT ....no luck as I don't see any options here. It's probably staring me straight in the face, but I can't seem to find it. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, Does anyone know how to turn of card save? The feature where the person can save their card information on the site. By default the page is example.com/clients/cards. I have removed it from the menu but I do not want it to be an option period. Any help would be appreciated. I have been searching with nothing coming up. Thanks!

In my community I have many complaints about this. To get around the problem I installed the "CSEGoogle" plugin. This solves only part of the problem, I have many fub-forums closed and the Google search does not index them. I've tried out other CMSs from forums and I have an impression that everyone is better. Is there any configuration or option to improve IPS lookups?

Staying logged in appears to be an issue. It's happened to me as well after I tested logging out and back in on my phone. I later found myself logged out on my desktop. Is there a known issue or is it my site?

You probably heard that photobucket has suddenly started charging $400 per year for hot linking images (link). This left many forums crippled as some of them encouraged uploading to photobucket and sharing the image, instead of uploading to the server of the forum. 90%+ on the images on my forum are uploaded directly, but I have not explicitly forbidden hotlinking from external sources, so is there any way I can search through my database to see if there are photobucket linked images there so I can fix them?

Is there any way to disable email notifications for specific boards on the forum? Looking into mail logs a lot of emails are being rejected from AOL and some other providers as containing 'spam' due to the content of the email based on the section of the forum it's coming from. I don't want to have to shut off all email notifications of threads subscribed to, so I'd like to be able to turn off the option for select boards that are most likely to trigger such a flag.

Trying to remove this annoying 'feature' on table rows with mouse off (Selecting text in a table cell causes the edit form to pop up) when trying selecting text to copy. This happens only within the admin area (Backend) with tables that have an edit button (feature) in each table row. I presume this has something to do with the Table class automatically adding a href to a edit button and is activated by the mouse off. Any idea where I can remove this please? It is a total annoyance for me at the moment. Thanks.

Hi, today a user tried to upload a >6000 pixel pic and got an error 200 during the upload process. Is there any existing problem with pics having those dimensions? Pics with around 5k pixels don't cause any errors.
