Hi, Two days ago I launched the "recount posts" background task for all users in our forums. Today, we noticed that all counters are now completely incorrect. Hello, Just wondering how I would go about removing the secondary user icon without removing it from the group as seen in this picture... I would too have both groups with the icons but I don't want the blue icon to show as its the secondary group. Any fixes would be great, Cheers

Every time I press the code or link button on my forums I get this "There was a problem loading this content." And when I react to content I get this "Sorry, there was a problem reacting to this content." What do I do?

As of today with API 2.10, promoting to Facebook doesn't seem to work. Up until now it worked without doing the permissions stuff... but who knows if that's the issue now. And getting that permissions stuff done is super annoying... sigh.

I added this to my site last week, shortly before the latest upgrade, but now it isn't working on my home page. Is there an issue with this update? It is working on my other pages, like category and topic pages, it just stopped working on my index/home page.

So I just installed the initial software yesterday to migrate from Vbulletin over to IPB and as luck would have it as soon as I log into the site this am I get a notification there is an upgrade available to 4.2.7 and would I like to install...? I select yes... I log in I walk through everything it says here are the changes and Im liking how simple this all seems compared to making a config script uploading via FTP and all that stuff with Vbulletin. Then last step I get I cant log into my admin cp We changed the location per the intial install instructions and Im thinking it got lost because I cant load page... Hi, all. I created a new member group on my forum and for some reason they can't "like" posts made by other members. Looking at the Reputations and Reactions tab in the admin CP, it seems that everything is in order. Is there something else I need to do when creating a new group to enable the reaction feature for them? Thanks in advance for any help - it's much appreciated!

At the end of June 2017 I installed one of your updates that came out at that time, and afterwards the number of my pages in google's index dropped off dramatically. Is there any known issue with that update? What could explain the drop? There are no penalties or known issues that I can find in Google or on the site. I am talking about going from ~500,000 pages in their index, to ~100,000 in 6 months.

We have a limits for urls number and image dimensions. For example, here i can put 5 urls in signature. So if I put 5 links to YouTube they will show as extremely big area. Moreover - limits didn't work.. ^) (i pasted video x10 times - all works) And one more bug: I remove all content from signature area after that demonstrates. After save editor show to me auto saved content. I clean up editor with 'backspace', saved, but it restored. I click on 'Clear editor' - but never cleaned. It restore old content.. Sometimes users reported about same problem with restore very old content (after few new posts already posted in the same topic) …

Is there a way to control the speed on which the acronym's full version is displayed while hovering over one? On my forum it takes 1 to 2 seconds hovering to reveal the acronym's full version, can this be changed to instant?

Hello, Is someone able to use enhanced feature Google Map? I only get this message: "invalid api key" The key is correct because I use it for a custom page I created myself using the same domain (Google Maps Javascript API Key) I use HTTP referrers to protect my key, domain is correct I would be very graceful to the one can help me. Hi So interesting error, when I tried to upgrade the upgrade package is saying my memory is 32MB, However, I have confirmed that my PHP.ini is in fact set to 128MB. I have rebooted the servers, resaved the php.ini, even completely stopped PHP and restarted, I cannot finish upgrading until this is addressed. Any idea? Anyone else any idea?

One day in I have already had my slew of ME caused issues...lol I purchased a skin/theme for my site I have all the files... When I follow the linked pages insiude to where I would find installation instructions I get page no longer available...lol I bought United we stand for instance... We ran the Converters included with installation files however even though the DB did copy the site shows a bare as a new borns butt... Any Ideas are welcome... Is there a way to define the length of what's exported in RSS feed from a Pages Database? I don't want whole articles to be there because a certain forum sicks our contents and reposts it in their internal part thus lowering out pageviews. For the time being I've been forced to turn off RSS for databases but it's like fighting rats with a Kalashnikov - too much collateral damage. Something like "read more" feature from Wordpress would be ideal. How can I achieve that?

When a member's storage reaches the limit, how can he/she delete attachments/images en masse ? The only method seems to be to open one post, delete the attachment and then open the next post and delete the attachment etc.. As a further thought. what is the typical storage limit allocated to members ? Thanks Marek
