Hi folks, we changed the "Can be ignored" settings via ACP group and moderator restrictions for a specific group. This group, i.e. the members in this group, cannot be ignored anymore hereafter - great feature. But how can the ignore settings in place be updated to reflect the change? I mean: If User A has set User B of above mentioned group on his ignore list in the past, this setting is still active... Thanks, Thomas

In clubs I have added a photo cover (see below) which is closed: When clicked at the top of the image it expands (see below) and contracts when clicked again: Is there any way to have the full (second image above) displayed by default? It seems a shame to waste a good portion of an image that is very descriptive. Any thoughts anyone on how to do this? With thanks

So I moved servers, and somehow I have not been able to recover my password via email, nor have I been able to run the support in admincp due to some theming issues [[Template core/admin/system/login is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] https://vba-m.com/forums is the url I'm at a loss of what I would need to do.

I'm utilizing "Databases" to build several individually standing areas (categories). All of those areas have their own "moderators" i.e. those who see (or should see) all database records within their area/category, but it appears I've hit a wall. There's a permission toggle to "see all database records", but not one to "see all records in a specific category". The system I'm building should enable regular users to submit records and see their submitted records and have specific moderators see all records in those categories. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to achieve the desired effect.

I want to have a private "dev" site that mirrors my main one so I can test out upgrades and new skin designs. I duplicated my site and its database and set it up on a different IP address. I changed the site URL parameter. But every time I login, it takes me to my main site. Example: WORKING: https://MySite.com NOT working: https://dev.MySite.com -- When I login here, it forwards me to the live site. Is this a licensing limit? How do I setup a dev site or get a dev license?

I noticed when I hover a dropdown menu nothing happens initially, it takes clicking the menu item to expose the list of submenu items. This might not be intuitive for some of my users, is it possible to for a load of the menu items on hover?

my domain is linguaholic.com My page load speed is crazy slow at the moment (more than 10 seconds). I know this is partly because I have Ads on my website. But apart from that, it seems that there are lots of other things going wrong (mainly too many redirects for some reason). I need someone who can have a look into this and help me to considerably improve my page load speed. I am on a fast server. That is definitely not the problem. This is a paid job. So far I have managed to customize the forum to my liking, but I can not hide or delete this button. I do not want to deactivate it from the panel. I just noticed to today that I had some .htaccess files left over from the v3.4 install which were not compatible with Apache 2.2. I just wanted to know if there should be an .htaccess for the 'uploads' directory for v4 (or any other directory for that matter? api excluded).

Hi, we upgraded to the newest version now, and it seems that my user name is no longer recognized when i try to log in to the admin panel. I had the credentials saved and written down, but the user name is not recognized. Is it possible to get a new? Did something go wrong in the upgrade?

I have found that PayPal does not work as a payment gateway when an item with renewal terms is selected. If the option "Pay renewal costs automatically" is checked, this error is shown when I press the "Place Order and Pay" button: There was an error processing the payment. Please try a different payment method or contact us for assistance. If the option "Pay renewal costs automatically" is not checked everything works as expected.

Hi, We upgraded from 4.2.x to 4.3.x last week and I noticed that the background image at users' profiles is displaying as a solid color, instead of displaying a random image as it happens here at invisioncommunity.com. See below. Any pointers on how to fix this? Thank you in advance.

Hey all, I want my members to have the ability to post anything they want, but I want to avoid the hit and run from people who join only to post a link and leaving forever, by hiding their links if they are inactive on the forum. I could do that in another forum platform. For example if you don't post 5 times per week then you get demoted in another usergroup were you can't post links. Can something like this be done ?

I'm very much interested in knowing the possibility or directions on how to integrate the carquery api in IP pages? I wish to build car specs pages with IP Pages and http://www.carqueryapi.com/ offers an api for pulling all car fields data. There is one wordpress theme I have seen in which you can pull all car fields data and save the WP pages in seconds: https://wordpress.org/plugins/auto-listings/ Hope we can do same in IPB with little programming or some existing plugins.......!
