A user of our forum lost half the followers after upgrading to version 4.5. He had 97 followers and after the upgrade he changed to 48. Does anyone have any idea what may have happened, how can I solve this? Thanks in advance

Hi, In the process of converting a couple of vBulletin 3.8 forums and have some troubles getting old URLs to redirect (i.e forumdisplay.php, showthread.php, etc). The conversion itself is successful and all the data is there and everything else is working as intended. Some potentially relevant notes: * The converter has both been ran on a fresh 4.4.10 and 4.5.2 installation with the same result * Friendly URL tab in "System->Settings->Advanced Configuration" in ACP does not list anything related to old VB URLs. After I upgraded to 4.5, my default theme says that it is customized! I didn't make any edits to it tat I know of but I am having a missing menu icon on mobile view. Where can I grab and upload a new, fresh version of the default theme for 4.5?

Hello I just upgraded to IPS 4.5.2 However, upon creating a topic, and entering a tag, I see these color, it's so hard to see, is there a way to change this color? I notice that the color of the text is default to IPS, only the color of the background is related to the theme. I can't seen to find a way to change the color of the text in my theme setting.

I just upgraded one of my sites and I had a customized logo before. It would stretch across the page on mobile and it was a decent size on the desktop. Is there a way to fix this? For an example here are my sites. They use the same logo size so I'm apprehensive about upgrading the larger site until I can get it fixed. http://www.pac12board.com/ (upgraded) https://www.mwcboard.com/ (not upgraded) Any help would be appreciated. <rant>You guys need to lengthen your topic titles so people can use full words 😧</rant> So, based on the abbreviated topic title, what's the best way (short of looking up every Application or Plugin manually) of finding out if there is a 4.5-compatible version? I'd like to see which of my Apps and Plugins are compatible first, so I know which ones I need to disable or at least double-check once I update to 4.5. As for themes - if I used the Easy Mode to create a default theme, will it for the most part carry over, or would I need to start from scratch?

Just a heads up in case this happens to anyone else. I searched 'sitemap' on here and couldn't find similar so hopefully this may help either now or in the future. Google Webmaster Tools hadn't been able to fetch the sitemap since 30th June 2020. I checked the url which was **.com/forums/sitemap.php and it was redirecting to **.com/sitemap.php which was giving a 404. Support believe that the sitemap was corrupt and while the task has been running just fine it took a click of 'regenerate sitemap' to get the sitemap working ok again. Check Google to ensure it's ok and if required, regenerate it manually.

Is there any solution for this? It looks like a lot of indexed URLs have parameters. E.g. ?do=email&comment=47180 All of these are just giving errors: Page Not Found. Removing the params loads the topic fine. Any quick fix for this to redirect to the topic without landing users on a page not found?

Hello I have a problem, editing the permissions of a forum, which should make a "redirect" and its subforums also, by mistake touch "apply all" ok. this is not a problem, then fix everything doing one by one by hand, ok. but! ... the "tabs" of the clubs keep doing that redirect! and I have no way of finding how to get that redirect from the clubs subtopics, that is, all the tabs of the clubs (less members, that looks good) when you click, they do the redirect! Could you tell me how to solve it? P.S. I have tried to enter the tabs, and edit as with any forum. but it asks me to associate it to a forum, but it does not give me the option to associate it to a club. …
