Hey Crew, I am not sure what me or my team turned on, but whenever someone creates a post with an image attachment, it requires admin approval. I combed through the help files, and a ton of the admin control panel setting and still can't figure how this got turned on. Can anyone help with how to turn it off? I can't tell if it's on for specific members or what or where to go to turn it off.

Hi there, I am following the installation guide but I cannot get past the system check stage because of this file system requirement error (displayed below): The directory /srv/htdocs/community/datastore needs to be writable. Please change the directory's CHMOD to 0777 I have tried changing the CHMOD but this doesn't improve anything and there is no 'datastore' file or folder to be found in the installation pack I downloaded from the invision website. Can you please assist or advise? Many thanks, Anthony

Is it possible to block messages with URLs submitted through the Contact Us form? We get tons of spam this way and it all has links. Almost none of our legitimate messages from the Contact Us form have links.

Is there no way to delete all PMs sent by a user? I am sure this feature used to exist? We're constantly getting spammers (who may have hidden with an account for years) go on a PM spamming spree. Flagging them as a Spammer doesn't remove their sent PMs, and I see no other way to delete all PMs by the user?

in the ACP in the master search I can search for a domain name and it finds all members. However in the members list searching on just the domain name will not find users with a domain name from the quick search or the full search with or with out wildcard.

I can't seem to find any per group viewing permissions for Clubs content. I know I can hide the Clubs menu item from guests but content from the sidebar widget remains visible. Any clues please?

I've just manually migrated our community and associated website to a new server, and am discovering some annoying issues with missing graphics. Before describing the issues, I'll mention that I double-checked that all files were moved across from the original server, and I've cleared the forum caches several times on the new server. I also still have access to the old server, should I need to grab anything from it. The first issue is that a small portion of user profile photos (avatars) are now missing - including my own. I fixed my own by uploading a new one, so it's not the worst problem in the world, but what concerns me more is that the missing images are linked…

Primarily the Achievement systems is not counting reactions for both Files and the Gallery, For us this is significant as the majority of member content are coming from those 2 areas. Hi, I was recently playing with my website, as i'm new to learning how things work.. I was wondering if I could get a few questions answered: 1) how do I customise the default home page? There doesn't seem to be any physical page for me to customise, and i'm not sure how to move modules etc. around. 2) How can I reset the entire site back to default settings? Hello! Not sure if this is the right forum but it seemed like the best fit I've just changed some of the reactions on my forum, using transparent pngs. For some reason, the reaction icon (the default thumb on this forum) is now hidden until it's hovered (on desktop) or selected (on mobile/tablet). I've had a look at the HTML and CSS but can't see why this would happen, it looks like it's looking for the correct image, and finding it, but it's just not displaying. I am trying to start a new test forum on my localhost using the members list from my wokring forum, I am making a new site to upload after I finish and replace the old forum with the new one I have downloaded a members csv file from admin when I click to upload it, it doesn't seem to put any members or anything into admin. am I doing something wrong? can some one please guide me on how to do this please .The image I uploaded here is what I get and it goes on for hours just redirecting.

Hi, I am showing ads on my forum, but there seems to be no way to turn them off on key pages, such as checkout pages. The last thing I want is for users to see the ads and potentially get distracted when they are in the process of buying something. Can you tell me if it's possible to hide them on checkout pages (for example) Thanks!
