Hello, A moderator of ours asked me a question that I don't know the answer, so I am here relaying his question to you. He wants to create an activity stream to show the latest topics created in our community. Is there a way to do that. Because if we create a custom stream like this: My Activity Streams > Create new stream Show me: Content items only Content Types: Topics (Everything else left in their default setting) We end up with a stream that shows a list of last updated topics. not last created topics. I noticed emails are not being delivered by our server. When I run an email test from the ACP I get the following error: IPS\Email\Outgoing\Exception: Constant IN_DEV already defined (0) The Email error log has a bunch of filesize(): stat failed... errors.

Hi, When a user is banned (spammer) or placed in a group where achievements are disabled, their recent achievements are still displayed in the "Recent achievements" widget list... Regards, D

I think from the 4.6 update (i'm not sure) I keep getting the 'License Key Invalid' error. Doesn't matter how many times I re-enter it, goes away for a few days and then reappears. In client area, still no link. After I re-enter it in ACP, it shows the URL, but as I said, not for long. Any fix?

@Marc Stridgen A few days ago, through the contact form, I requested that an amount be transferred from my account in the marketplace to the client area. I confirmed the email you sent me, but this transfer has not yet taken place. my license expires in 7 days.

Not sure if im just missing something here but, When I ude the basic editor for a theme and change the body background and save or save and reload when i refresh the site it doesnt take the color. It stays with the default stock color. i can clear cashe on both the system and my browser and still wont change

Hi, I have a user who wants to delete some/all of his old posts. He's been on the forum for a number of years and finds some of his older posts embarrassing. Is it possible for me/him to selectively prune old posts (e.g. posts older than 2 years). If not, is is possible to delete his account and then re-use his username to set up a new one (thus clearing his post count to zero) or are the usernames unavailable for a certain time after deletion? I cannot enter in the AdminCp of our forum because the sistem does not recognize my password. I have an alert for the upload of a new release. When I click on the update bottom appear the window to login Invision Community, usually I entered my username and password and go ahead but this time no. I cannot understand why...

In an effort to re-activate some old accounts we recently sent an email to anyone that hasn't logged in for more than 90 days, and among those we had a large % bounce. I have a list of all the bounced emails, is there an easy way to unsubscribe them all from future emails?

Hi, as far as I know there is no specific setting for this, so I assume this is a bug. Please correct me if I'm wrong. When posting a record with a mention in it, it will send a notification/email as expected based on the user's settings. However, every time you edit said record, the notification and email will be re-triggered. This also happens with comments in page records. I wasn't able to reproduce this using forum topics. Any help appreciated!

Hello. I updated a community package (BrilliantDiscord), and I am unsure if it is coincidence or not, but that seemed to have broken all JavaScript on the site, presumably due to JQuery now failing to load. Attempting to reload bypassing all caching did not fix the issue. The console isn't showing any 404s with scripts failing to load, so I guess it is just failing to load them entirely? I have some IPS licenses. Some of them are active and some are expired. I would like to renew one of the expired. However, if I try to renew, I am forced to renew two other licenses as well. I would like to renew only one I have selected and need one invoice per license. Is it possible to split renewal invoices per license? Thanks.

Hi everyone Something is confusing me, My forum statistics can take 10 hours to update or catch up. the cache is set at 1 minute so I have no idea why this is happening. Can anyone help please? it has been stuck on 10.711 posts since early this morning UK time.

Sometimes when typing a draft, I'll see that someone else has replied popup as a notification. I'll click that notification to see the new message and my post is lost when I go back to the editor. Othertimes, I'll go to reply to a new post and see that a previous post that I have already submitted is in the editor as my draft. I've noticed this here on these forums as well as our own community. Anyone else? Is it just me? I'd like to officially make a feature request that we fix this. Thanks.

After the 6.2 update it seems Invision no longer creates customers on Stripe. I love the fixes and improvements that have been happening with Stripe, but it would be cool if the invision team could look into this bug! I have blurred all the private information. As you can see no customer is created, yet all the necessary information is passed(see image #2)
