We changed from dedicated server to IPS hosted The new license is with IPS My old license in my client area is still the old url However I cant change URLs for this license as its still pointing to a valid install ? The IPS server Can you delete the old license details please so I can reissue the license to a new url ? I have added Record Feed Widget for one database on the page. As I have some databases, I would like to have some widgets from different databases (blog, FAQ and so on). But once added to the site, the widget disappears from Block Manager. Is it possible to add more than one record feeds from different databases on the same page?

I have members that get tons of likes and for each like they get a notification. They like getting notifications on comments to their uploaded files, but is there a way for members to disable notifications for "likes"? Thanks

We have just started a new site from scratch. We have this selected - Allowed where member group can post But when testing as a guest we cannot see either the reply to this topic button or the Join the conversation, You can post now and register later. If you have an account, sign in now to post with your account. What other settings do we need to configure for this to work? Many thanks

I run a RSS feed from one of my forums to another site. An error just started recently. It affects all items and is also double posted and skips some images. Here is the page where the Feed is embedded http://baronickfuneralhome.com/obituaries I can not find the open tag in the post that is on the forum. Here is a photo of the XML and the open tag which is on every RSS Item. Does anybody have an idea on where to find this open tag ??? I do run the feed thru Feedwind before it is embedded to other website. I have never changed or edited FeedWind in months. I appreciate any help.. thank you here is the xml address ****redacted****

Hi Guys, I have one user who can't upload images. When he tries, I see a system error in the log. I really wish it gave me the file type he was trying to upload. Curious about this. I had noticed this before on other products but the numbers never mattered before. I set the initial inventory to 500. But the math doesn't add up. Am I missing something, or missing orders, or is it logging failed transactions as purchases? Thanks JM

Hi Everyone, Fresh install if invision on self hosted setup, everything working fine until we enabled 2FA. During testing no one is able to register 2FA successfully and we're not sure why, everything appears to be working correctly. See attached error we get when trying to register and enter a code.

Our primary license holder added my account as an alternate contact. After doing so I expected to be able to access the Marketplace from within the AdminCP. However this is not the case. I can access the Client Area and view the community and access the options to manage the purchase. Is there something else that needs to happen in order for me to use the Marketplace?
