I have an interesting problem. After importing a large vBulletin 3.8 site into my IPB site (2M ish posts), many newly imported threads appear within their forum, with post counts, dates, topic starter, etc, but when you click you get "There are no posts to show". Example: Any ideas? In the system log I see this:

Hi I have several problems with IPB First problem when click on new topic the loading progress round stuck like you can see on the second picture uploaded. Second problem when I want to edit the CSS/HTML my theme I can see the files appearing for a brief moment like a second and after they disappear and when i use the textbox search template i have always the problem of the infinite progress round (first screenshot) . My last problem is with Menu manager impossible to keep the position of a sub menu after clicking on the publish button no effect. but I'm logged into the front end, and am able to access Client Area, where billing and everything else is. When attempting to update to new version, system warns me about the unsecure connection (The information you’re about to submit is not secure), and when I insist on going further, nothing happens - I'm sent back to the login area. In the meantime, front end and Client Area are fine.

Hi guys! I have a page that was created in the Pages app... it's going to be used as a tribute to an important community member that died a year ago. I wanted to figure out the best way to allow members to add a comment on the page to add their respects as well. I thought about creating a forum thread and then creating an RSS feed to import the posts into that page. I had also considered creating a database for comments, but that seemed to be a bit overkill for what I was trying to do. Just curious to see if anyone had any other ideas that I should be thinking about.

Hi, I have configured Commerce for accepting iDeal, Bancontact, Apple Pay and Creditcard payments. iDeal and Credit Card payments seem to work just fine. Apple Pay does not show as an option on the customers side, even though it seems to be configured successfully. On the Commerce side It has been configured identically to the iDeal settings. Bancontact payment work fine from the customers point of view, they are withdrawn from the customers bankaccount, confirmed as a successful payment ON SCREEN to the customer, but there is no email confirmation to the customer or to the invisioncummunity administrator (me). As postend in my last support request we changed the server. I enabled IndexNow today as I had only just come across this feature. Our use case: User joins and registers and is in New Member group. Once they post in New Member Intros forum and it is approved, Group Promotions upgrades them to Member group (for full access to the site), when Post Count = 1. Since upgrading to 4.6.11, it is simply not working.

I updated my test environment to 4.6.11 last week with no issues, but when trying that now in my production environment, I get the "Manual action Required" error message on step 2. I've done a search and it looks like you typically need to fix this on the backend when it occurs. Is that the case here? Thanks, John

For a while now we have found the IP addresses of new members and posters practically unusable and inaccurate. They're simply not reporting the correct information. For example, One just now, reports in Invision as: Mount Hawthorn, Western Australia, 6016, Australia However, when I check the same IP in https://nordvpn.com/ip-lookup/ Which is absolutely accurate and Western Australia is a LONG way from Victoria. Similarly, my own IP is reported by Invision as just being "Australia". As you can see, Recommended Comments don't collapse nicely (in Safari on Mac). The "Go to this comment" div should not push the post body text down to a very narrow column. Perhaps setting a minimum width on the text body column would help to collapse better? I've seen this issue with printing pages also in some browsers. This finally collapses nicely once reaching mobile width.

Ran into this exception today when I tried to Export Ranks in the ACP. My core_member_ranks table doesn't have a 'posts' column. I am using a DEV install and I think I am on the February release (haven't upgraded to March yet).

Hello, I uninstalled Nexus (Marketplace) but didn't mean to. I went to try and reinstalled it as usually it uninstall on the bottom of the Applications list, but now I see it to be totally remove and no option to restore it is there. How can I restore it or readd it within this new inforsturctior of IPB now? The, "Applications not currently installed" are doesn't have it there I'm running 4.6.11,

We recently upgraded to version 4.6.11 in our test site - https://stage.npnparents.org. We need to upgrade several apps/plugins. When I go to https://stage.npnparents.org/admin/?app=core&module=marketplace&controller=onboard, click on an app, and and click on "Sign in to Marketplace", I get an error after inputting my email address and password: There was an error authenticating with the Marketplace. Please try again later or contact technical support for assistance. Please advise. Thank you.

Is there a way to change the Invoicing numbers? For example, in my meatspace business, each year starts out with the year then a number of choosing where to start. For example; 2022100 the next invoice would be 2022101 and so on. Next year I want to reset the numbering to reflect that year; 2023100, 2023101etc... I have looked around the ACP and can see no way to change it. Thanks.
