I followed the info in the guide to get my keys and link the site to Twitter. I went to my profile to link my account to my twitter account, but get this error: Error log says: 4C375/1EXPECTED_KEY_NOT_PRESENT System log is similar: DATE/TIMETYPEMESSAGE 01/17/2022 09:07 AMt witter_promoteRuntimeException (0) EXPECTED_KEY_NOT_PRESENT Twitter is enable as a log in option. Hello, A member purchased a product last Feb. 25th that consisted of an initial payment of 150 euros with renewals every year. The renewal hasn't been processed the 25th March 2022, it's been 5 days late. It didn't work. He decided to go for the yearly renewal at 1.440. See the product below. The initial payment was 150 euros, then renewals at 1440 as you can see at 1 and 2 below. This is the customer view. He chose the option below. This is a view of the product's invoice. Hello, I would like to know what happens in ACP if a product is deleted and members have purchased that product but there are no active subscriptions. Will the invoice history and payments be deleted as well if the product is deleted from the product list? I guess they shouldn't. I assume that the product is deleted from the product list but invoices that have been paid will be kept and members will have those invoices in their profiles. Is this correct? Thanks

It's gone back to not working again, last time when I cleared cache it started working again but now it won't no matter what. I went into the settings and entered the API again and it wouldn't accept it as Invision was telling me to set up a billing again. I've gone ahead and done that for a test but the maps still don't show, so now I've cancelled the billing as I'm not paying to display a map. But why would the maps stop showing?

Good afternoon I updated Invision Community and I'm trying to bring everything to mind on the test version of the site (trial) and only then transfer it to the production Invision Community installed, paid to update the plugins, and now I can't install these plugins on the test version, I keep getting the following messages in response "An application is already installed that uses the same Application Key, this application cannot be installed unless the other is removed"

In the bulk mail management section, I can create a message and filter members without any issues. But once I send the bulk mail, the sent to field is set to 0, and time taken says "Not Started". Please see attached image for an example of my issue. I believe @HAINAngel may have a similar issue.

Clicking on an unsubscribe link redirects the user to the homepage and does not unsubscribe. This took me FOREVER to figure out, especially because the client who reported it was using SendGrid, which of course rewrites all the links. Until I got access to that and managed to see what was happening... There is a conflict when IPS email tracking is enabled. Hey there! Total noob question here, I know. How do I add code to the <head> tag of all pages of my Invision Forum? I already added a bunch of code a while back (Google Analytics, Mailerlite, Heap, etc.), but now I have no idea how to get back to it to update it. 😆 I thought it was through System > Site Features > Integrations > Google Analytics since I read somewhere on the IPS forums that you can add any code there, not just GA ... but I don't see any code in that area, so I would have added it somewhere else. Hi, it's been a while since I setup an invision community suite and I recently uploaded and unzipped the invision community suite to my public_html directory on cpanel. I have a feeling it's clearly related to my old website. I was previously using wordpress and I deleted the wordpress installation and wiped the old database for it, then created a new one and extracted the website to the public html directory, including moving core files that I am supposed to, to that directory. Hello, I am attempting to upload an Application Icon and I keep getting the following error message; A look at the logs: Any ideas as to what's causing this? I am simply trying to change what people see when we send a link. 😆 NOTE: I am using the correct size and file type. I made sure of that before posting here. Hello, I am on the latest stable update available of IPS. The problem I'm facing is that the group colors of members are applied only when you are viewing the forum from mobile. If you are viewing the forum from desktop, all names are white without specific colors based on group (like on mobile). Before update the colors were showing normally everywhere. Is there a way to fix it so that it does show the group colors on desktop as well? Thanks!

Evening all, Wondered if I can get some assistance on this - been having issues installing invision community on a windows machine and had to migrate to a debian installation instead. Due to this, while testing the installation, the license key registered the URL under "localhost" rather than the intended domain. While trying to perform a URL reset, it's now asking me to pay $15 for this. Can any of the support team perform a reset due to the URL being localhost? Thanks, Jack.
