Installing plugins for trial

Good afternoon
I updated Invision Community and I'm trying to bring everything to mind on the test version of the site (trial) and only then transfer it to the production
  Invision Community installed, paid to update the plugins, and now I can't install these plugins on the test version, I keep getting the following messages in response "An application is already installed that uses the same Application Key, this application cannot be installed unless the other is removed"

If you are having issues with installing a plugin you would need to contact the author of that plugin for assistance. From that message however, it sounds simply like its already installed

The plugins are installed on the main site, which hasn't been updated yet.
They are not installed on the test version.

As mentioned, you would need to contact the author of the items you are having issues with for support. We cannot assist with 3rd party items unfortunately

I mean Trader Feedback System plugin.
Do I need to contact someone else?

Yes, we do not manage or develop this application. It is a third party application. You would need to contact the author.
