I'm locked out of my own forum. I've had a ticket in for 4 days with no response.  Not sure where to turn next. Need a pw reset.

Reset your password using the lost password form at /lostpassword/ on your site, then try again. 

I am taking a look at your ticket now. You opened an item in sales rather than with support. However I see you mention the 4 days in there. I am not seeing any other tickets from yourself other than that one

 

Ramsesx is correct there however. You just need to use the lost password tool to reset your password there
