Is there a way to see a report of storage usage by each user? That information is available in a user's profile page in the Admin CP, but I am looking for a report that pulls this information together in one view to help me determine appropriate storage limits for each user group based on historical data. Good day, I got an email from a member telling me that he made a payment using payment but he cannot access the community. I checked and PayPal has received the payment yesterday the 23rd July but the invoice for this user appears as expired and the user groups hasn't been changed so he cannot access the community even though he has paid. I've verified the payment, it's on my PayPal account. The invoice that expired is #285. First payment done last 18th June 2022. On ACP I cannot see the new invoice as paid but I reviewed the payment. The membership expires last Tuesday and payment went through PayPal yesterday. I am confused. Don't know what is g…

Dear All A member of our forum has reported that he cannot access the text box to post or reply to PM's. I have established that the problem is his end and has only occurred since the latest forum software update. I am trying to implement a strategy that will allow us to serve advertisement code specific to a forum. The forums have similar capabilities in Create->Announcement->Add Announcement. If you go to the AdminCP System->Site Promotion->Advertisements, I don't see the ability to select just one forum. Am I missing something? Does this capability exist in a different subscription tier, or would it be a feature request? Thanks in advance.

Hello, 🙂 In Pages, I have a page which shows articles from a database. I also have a menu on the right side. => This is nothing I created, I use the existing solution in Pages. My question is : how can I remove the "And 6 more" and show all items in the menu instead ? Thank you. 🙂

Heyo, I'm trying to setup my forums with applications with categories, where the applicant that applied can see their own top/application with the "New Application" category but they can't see the other applicants applications. But not sure how to set this up. Kind Regards!

Hello, I stupidly switch the task execution from cron to execute with traffic, i got the big red warning that i discarded. Now everytime i'm trying to load the forum, the system is going to execute the backlog task (huge i guess) and i got a 504 error with a timeout. Is there a way to manually execute the backlog task via SSH or restore the parameter to cron in the database? Thanks Christophe

Hello, We got a question / problem with the “?do=getNewComment” functionality. We noticed that for specific topics this method seems to be a bit broken. I have multiple issues with RSS feed import on different sites. Generally, Title Prefix is ignored: Additionally, on invisionify.com I only see the image imported from IPS news. No title, no content. The items are imported multiple times: You can see the issue while logging in as admin, as the items are hidden (not public).

How to reproduce: Create an RSS Import in AdminCP Edit the RSS Import after saving Issue: the feed title is emptied. There is no way to correct this as there is no title field in RSS Imports.

Hi, just did an update and now many members are complaining that the site looks like this: What am I doing wrong? The site looks fine to me, I'm on Brave browser. I've told my members they need to clear their cache, but they shouldn't have to do that and many don't even know what I'm talking about.

After upgrading my test installation without a hitch, I assumed it was safe to upgrade our main community. I backed up my database to my local computer and began the installation process, which FAILED when I hit the button at the bottom of the page that showed me all the applications that would be upgrading from 4.6.12.1 to 4.7. I received an error message that said my site could not be reached. Backing up and trying again just resulted in the same message. Recently we are experiencing exception issues with Downloads, when we update a file uploaded or even without doing it but just clicking "Save & summit new version" gives us an exception error, we need this to be solved as fast possible cause our customers wait for updates but we can't publish it due the problem already mentioned.
