Hello, please forgive my ignorance, but I do believe my DKIM/DMARC TXT records are misconfigured.

When I get a notification from a domain regarding such, they say that it fails their tests.

I have no idea what I'm doing or how to edit them to please the recipient domains.

If you would like records adding, you would need to send in a ticket and we can add those for you.

You will need to login to the Client Area -> Manage Purchases -> click your Cloud account -> Support Request
