Hello, I'm on a self hosted setup. Upon upgrading to 4.7.2.1, I'm suddenly getting these System Logs messages now: "An app contains a hook that extends \IPS\nexus\Package\Item but it's associated file (xxx/xxx)/applications/nexus/sources/Package/Item/Item.php could not be found." Hi I have a problem with sending custom fields via API. Spaces are not taken into account. Our community requires a minimum age of 13 to be compliant with COPPA rules. The settings in the ACP for minimum age and enabling and disabling COPPA are puzzling. It would appear that if you enable the COPPA setting without setting a minimum age, then the printed consent form button appears. But if you enable COPPA and set a minimum age to 13, then the consent form does not work. Is this the expected behavior?

Hello, the sidebar completely moved to the bottom and I can't change the location, tried left or right, when I select left it goes up, when it's right it's in the bottom, right and left are completely broken and unselectable.

I'm having an issue where I create an event and the digest that gets emailed out has a different time on it than the event was created with. This is the event that was created: This is the digest email: Why would the time in the email notification/digest be different? How can this be fixed?

I am installing on the same URL after a website crash. I keep getting error that the site already has an installation Error_ "An installation has already been activated for this license key. Hi, As above - is it possible to set "Follow Topic" on new posts to be on as default? I would have thought that anybody starting a topic would naturally want to follow it anyway so kinda surprising it is not set to Follow already. Is there a setting somewhere where I change this? Hello,, While I am upgrading from 4.7.1 to 4.7.2.1 I got a fatal error as shown in the attached screenshot, and as you can see the "solved_reminder_sent" column is missing in the database so can you please help me to know why did that happen ? because I am afraid that there's some other missing columns or at least give me the mysql tables structure to compare it with mine and fix the problem

Hi i have installed "miniOrange OAuth Single Sign On" on my WordPress. i have created a WordPress OAuth Clients in my IPS. I got the clients, AUTH endpoint and so on. and configured the plugin in the WordPress side. when i get to the test OAuth connection it fails. WP side: IPS side: any ideas? thanks.

Hi team, My IPS site and the official IPS platform sends the renewal email with the renewal price without currency. Should be an issue and should show the correct currency. I'm using a spanish translation but your site is only in default english and have the same issue. Can you take a look to solve in upcoming updates? Thanks a lot.

One of my users has reported for the last year that they used to be able to just right click on an animated GIF, paste it into a post in a just worked. Since some upgrade I did last year, I don’t remember which version, that ability to do that on a PC in chrome does not work. It did not work in Safari or chrome on my Mac. However, I could do it from my iPhone. Can anyone explain why I can’t copy/paste animated gifs on a desktop, but I can on a phone?

Hello, So today I've noticed an issue I can't Delete Users or Change User Group it just does an indefinite loop of the same page.. And won't let me do anything. And my Sign Up Box is pretty much broke it won't let a user click "Create Account" it does nothing. My Social Sign In work just fine. So I'm a loss what could be happening??

At what point (software upgrade) was the ability to edit the forum thread of a 'record' eliminated? I used to be able to edit the thread independent of the record (thread edits would not affect the record), but have just discovered that this is no longer possible. Why was this ability removed?
