September 30, 20222 yr Please use the following requirements checker to ensure that you have all PHP modules/extensions installed: https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/7046-invision-community-requirements-checker/ Please note if you use third party add-ons, this might be causing the error. You can disable those use recovery mode: https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/client-services/getting-support-r292/#recoverymode

Please ensure you also disable third party applications and switch to an unmodified theme. If that is fine too, you would need to grab the Server Error log entry from your hosting provider for the error you're encountering.

September 30, 20222 yr When I browse your site, I only see an error when trying to open a topic. Are you sure you still have all of your 3rd party resources disabled? (Meaning both applications AND plugins?) Does it also happen when using a default theme?
October 3, 20222 yr At present you have issues with your SSL certificate having expired, which you need to get resolved in the first instance. When you have done this, check again with all 3rd party items disabled. Is it working when they are?
