After upgrade ranks disappeared on the left side of user posts where user's nickname and number of posts is located. However, we still can see ranks in admin panel correctly set up as they were before. The achievements are enabled in achievements settings.

Within specific forums, when we change from Condensed View to Expanded View, the page returns a Http Error 500. We can still access the second page of that forum by manually entering /page/2/ to the URL, and from there changing back to Condensed View to be able to get back access to the first page. This is happening to all our users, across all devices and themes. Those specific forums can be viewed if the user logs out though, since the forums are in Condensed View by default to guests. If you log back in while within those problematic forums, it takes you to the second page.

Without any notice a plugin disaperad from my installation and cheking it out, it shows me I have to renew it only after 2 months. Even it expires in 2023. Can someone explain me this behavior?

WIthin the client area it states support only accepts emails from the authorized email addresses on our domain. Our domain email is currently broken and we need to update the TXT and MX records. Since our DNS is pointed to invisioncic.com, we can't provide the needed MX and TXT records nor can we email support and ask them to update the records being we can't use said email, because it is not working. I am currently logged in as a user with an authorized email address here and in the client area, but there seems to be no method of contacting support via official channels other than email. After having been away for a while, I just renewed my license and have been attempting to upgrade my forum from 4.3 to 4.7. I was notified that I would need to update my PHP to 8.0 or higher in order to complete the upgrade, which I did. However, now when I try to access the forum, I get an HTTP 500 Error. As soon as I switch back to PHP Version 7.3, I'm able to access the forum again, but of course, nothing works because the version is so outdated. I've tried a few suggestions from other threads, including running the ips4.php check, which says I should be good. I've also tried using constants.php to access Recovery Mode, but I still get the 500 error when I try to …

Hello! I was searching your support forum and i couldn't find the topic so i figured i would create it. Is there a way to disable secondary groups? I've noticed that new registrations are getting the secondary group "Administrators" and i'd like to just disable it as i dont need people seeing the admin notifications and or possibly pose a security risk to my website

I cannot access my forums and have been spamming this site and emails trying to get in and you keep saying you have sent emails on how to fix them and I have not been able to get anything. I have since changed the email. I cannot log onto my site, a community member deleted my forum account and I asked for it to both be backed up and restored multiple times to no avail. Can someone with competence either restore a backup of my forums from 11/10/2022 and reset the forum account Banjo's password or make a new account on the current forums with admin and send me the details? I don't know how I'm paying monthly for service and support I'm not getting.

Hi i add a app to connect with discord. Hello, I used the Safari browser on an iPhone to access my website gallery and directyly shot and uploaded a video onto it. The video can be played well in the Safari browser on the iPhone, while on a PC with Windows 11 and Microsoft Edge browser, there is an "Unsupported Plugin" error when I play the video. Is it a outdated flash plugin or something? Any tips on it? Thanks!

I did not find anything in system error logs. Latest version of IPS, Cloudflare disabled I did not find anything in system error logs. Stripe CC works fine. It's not an issue with Stripe because we use the same API keys on another IPS site and it works perfectly with methods other than CC Double checked the webhook and no issues with it, full permissions

In admincenter I set the date of publication (page) **.**.2009 - after saving - date = today(now). Moderator on the site (permission to change the date - enabled) - adds a page with a previous date - the selected date is not saved! *To set the desired date, you need to re-edit the page and save! ** I think the rule is not handled when you create the page, when you edit the date...(the system doesn't remember your selection).
