You can create a custom Page Builder template and then call that. But keep in mind: these templates only affect the red area, nothing else. 

For any other layout, you would indeed need to create manual HTML pages. 

You change the columns by editing the numbers in the grid class, e.g. “ipsGrid_span6”. You just need to be sure the columns add up to 12. 
For example: 
ipsGrid_span6 + ipsGrid_span6 ipsGrid_span4 + ipsGrid_span8 ipsGrid_span4 + ipsGrid_span4 + ipsGrid_span4

Firstly thank you for posting these resources but these are not what I am looking for.
The stats  shared above are to display to OTHERS how active a respective user is.
Also the stats shared above don't measure how well the content is being received by the community, IE: User engagement. It's only showing how active a particular user is.
I am looking for personal engagement stats. IE: stats that a user can see about themselves to indicate what activity is working well and what isn't. USER ENGAGEMENT stats.
For example if I make 25 posts, with some attachments... I might be interested in knowing which posts are getting the most VIEWS, LIKES etc... IE: What content have I added that is getting the community engaged?
This will let me know which of MY contributions people of the community are liking and responding well to and which contributions are not working so well.
I can then take that information and know what to post MORE of and conversely I would also know the type of stuff I should stop posting.
A user would be the only one who can see their own user engagement stats. It's not on display for all. It's "Personal"
Make sense?

is it possible to override the general permissions of a user group for certain permissions only on a member?
If we want to give some specific permission to a single member, we have to create a group just for him.
It would be easier for each member to also be configurable on all permissions which will take priority when activated over general group permissions.

So, what are you guys managing to do with the time you've saved reading these items faster?

Well I was in the Payment Area and the Paypal Part that I've set up. That option you describe there, isn't in that section. So here I have no restriction for payment such as you stated. I assume that's in another part?
Thanks for sharing that point and of course I will remember.  I think I need to have another look at how permissions are set then, and play around to ensure it works as I want.  I went in and I didn't think it was working as it should. Perhaps the Cache issue was part of that problem. Thanks

I personally, haven’t found the need or anything relating to this but if you are testing something specific that would be impacted by browser cache, it is a good idea to do so. 

There is no built in facility for this at the present time. 

Just a small FYI here.
Embedding the 'Tube's into the "Page Builder: Text' block certainly works. Also contained within the "Block Manager" is the, "Page Builder: Media Embed" (which should be the next block below the 'text' block). With the media embed block, one simply needs the url.

If you click on the "Learn More" option to the notification, you will see what AdSense is expecting to be in your ads.txt file. Open your own ads .txt file with the following url;  xxx.tld/ads.txt/ and see if it contains what you need to have there as specified by the, "Learn More" notification. 

I have been meaning to post this for a couple of years now.
Can we stop the ability to embed Twitter account feeds? Normally you would post the url of a Tweet and it embeds. However if you post the url of a Twitter user's account, it will embed a litany of their posts. This is far from ideal. At the very least, please create an ACP setting to turn this functionality off while still embedding individual Tweets. I don't want my users to have this ability and it just creates clutter in my opinion. Not to mention it continually updates.

This was raised internally late last week, I don’t have any timelines to give you but it’s on our list.

We utilize a very large gallery and at times there is a need for some mass cleanup.  We have noticed the following items could be improved:
 
Currently there is no option to select multiple images to change owner, must be done one by one. You can hide/delete/etc, but not alter ownership. Currently there is no option to move images into another users album if moderator/admin. You can only move them into albums you have created. If an album has ownership changed, there is no option to apply that change to the images inside the album. Therefore the album is under a new owner, but the images remain under the original album owner. This is ok in some cases, but undesirable in others, an option would be helpful here.

Not sure if would help you in the overall scheme of it all, but there is a Block within the Block Manager that will allow you to do what you mention above.  Within the Pages section try using the "Page Builder: Text" block. You can input html in the "Text" box and then create a "Border", "Padding", "Font Size", "Font", along with a few other pre-set options in the "Advanced" tab.
I utilize it this block quite a bit on my 'pages' and it works rather well.
 

You could always do like hotels do and refuse to acknowledge that number exists.
