Please add the ability to add a poll to a pages record or by itself as a record. I run a news site, forums are not part of a local news site in general, but the ability to add a poll would be fantastic. Since the software is sold now by app basis, pages would be deserving of this ability imo.

As I started watching the video, I laughed and my eyes watered at the same time. Why? Excitement! 

It's truly hard to fully compete with the likes of Elementor, Divi, or even WPBakery, but it's not impossible. You guys are definitely headed in the right direction.

I was just going to ask, if it's possible to have 2 or 3 blocks side by side, so I can place images in each block, then I saw your comment ...

If I wanted just the top row to have 3 columns, then underneath that, 1 column, then under that, 2 columns, is that possible? If not, being able to customize the layout of a page like, pretty much like the page builders I mentioned would be incredible.

I get what your member was saying about the clubs thing. If your forum relies on keeping traffic moving through threads it seems strange to take some of the talk away into a club

I'd like to point out to any IPS representative who might read this topic that v4 has been out for one year, and yet the community has only managed to offer 1 community guide and 1 Marketplace purchase.  There's clearly not enough community support or community innovation for what should be the most extensible app out of the suite, and that creates a steep learning curve for new admins who are uninitiated to Pages.  I think even a handful of article block templates (like 4 - 6 different styles) can go a long ways towards helping non-technical admins put together some amazing pages.
 

CLUBS

When I asked a few people on my forum about the use of CLUBS, one friend stated how he didn't think it should be used. To him it would just be segregating content from the main forum. Why create a club about a certain topic, when a thread could just be created on the forum.

I know of the following thread, and read through it, but would love to hear some fresh insight on this topic.

BLOGS

Do you use Blogs on your forum? Do you use it for yourself, do you let forum members create their own blogs, and if so, do they actually use it? Again, just like CLUBS, why create a blog and talk about  a topic when you could just create a thread on the forum and discuss it there?

I would love to hear your thoughts on this. Not sure if I should invest in getting this last piece that I am missing from the IPS tools.

I don't know if I'm late to the party on this and it's already been mentioned, but:  I'd really, really like to be able to create file categories (which function like sub/folders) to organise Club files.  

Just tested the plugin with version 4.4.4 and issues detected.
According to the change log, the hook area not touched in this version.
I've to check if they support oEmbed, if not I'l try to find another work around.

As I recall (I don't work on that area very much) you have to get approved by Facebook manually and it can be a challenging process. I'm not 100% certain on that off the top of my head though.

If you are not using email validation why do you have accounts pending validation that you want to delete? Those should, in theory, be accounts pending admin validation and you should go through them to either validate or deny the registration.

That doesn’t follow from what I said though. What kind of validation have you set at the moment?
If you use email validation, that setting should appear and allow automatic deletion of unvalidated accounts.
If you don’t use email validation currently, you can turn it on temporarily until the unvalidated accounts are deleted. 

Facebook changes things on their end practically weekly (at least it feels that way sometimes) so it is challenging to keep the guide up to date.

It’s on that page. But only if “email validation” is active as validation method.

Is there a way to make private messages to show newest first? Every time someone sent me a message, I have to click the last page to see their newest message. Do you know what I am talking about? This is waste of bandwidth of there is no option to choose private message to show newest first. I can't seem to find the option to fix this in the admin panel. Perhaps maybe this should be included in the next update?

Would you also agree that this would be an incredible feature to have built in to the forum? I think it would be amazing. Such a small but significant feature would make a big difference. I really get worried of the idea of having to install so many plugins knowing at any moment the developer could decide to stop supporting or updating the plugin, not to mention the possibilities of plugins conflicting with each other and causing errors and breaking the forums functionality. 

I do hope one day this feature gets added by IPS.

I was going to post a new topic about this, but figured I'd bump this. Here's what I wrote:
Genuinely disappointed in the lack of engagement on this. If it's a dumb idea that has been rightfully ignored for 3.5 years, say so and I'll be quiet about it. If I've missed some new option in 4.4, I'll put my hands up and apologise. 
Edit: AND imagine how powerful this would be with social media promotion. Automatically (or automatically queue for admin approval) post to Twitter any post that gets X likes. The site would run itself!

Agreed we should have more focus on this area. Would help a lot.

It will display the name of raffle. There are specific laws to specific countries. I’m certainly not from your country so that’s up to you to see how things are in your country.
There’s a task that runs twice a day. You have to wait for it to run and it will pick winners. 
By running manually, means start the auto picking process manually to not wait for the task. It doesn’t mean you will choose UserA and UserB to give the prizes. Ans no, if you ran it manually, it won’t run anymore as winners were already picked.

2. Problem when using it with Raffles System. Not sure on whose side the error is @Adriano Faria or @TheJackal84 -
When setting the raffle ticket price as bonus points, some users see 'You cannot participate' error even though they have bonus points. I think this error is because I donated bonus points and they did not 'earn' it from posting but not sure.
