  1. Please be advised I have removed the block for you.
  2. Apologies, our sales department is a little backed up at the moment. Looks like someone responded to your initial concerns though. Classic is all our applications, hosted on your own machine. Classic does not include Courses, our "live" feature items, video encoding, and some other features which are cloud only at this time. You would need to have an active license but you will gain access to version 5, at this time. It is Cloud only at this time. There are no plans to change this. To gain access to software upgrades, support, the spam defense system, GEO IP address, etc... requires an active license. Yes, that is a Core feature.
  3. I will let actual users state their experiences and benefits. However, the idea of the live topic is that you can have your live event with people asking questions, leaving comments, etc... Then have it transferred to a forum topic, have everyone see those questions/comments/etc... that happened live and continue right along without missing a beat. We use it in our monthly webinars about releases and upcoming items. It's been pretty successful in that right to see comments build from live to recorded webinar. We use Zoom which casts live to YouTube, if that helps any.
  4. If you believe that your server is being attacked by a DDoS attempt, you would want to contact your hosting provider for your options in blocking these attacks or IP ranges from accessing your server. To resolve the error you're encountering, you may wish to disable all third party applications/plugins and switch to an unmodified theme.
  5. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  6. Please link us to an example so that we can assist.
  7. In the next release, there will be an indication when you're running a PHP version higher than is compatible. PHP 8.2 will be compatible in the next major release (version 5).
  8. Our status page will provide information about incidents which occur on our platform: https://status.invisioncommunity.com/ There were no issues on April 21st with Cloud as a whole.
  9. I have reported this internally. However, I don't think you want them to index the expand truncated quote link anyway so likely this will be altered 😉 . Ultimately, it's not hurting you or helping you but definitely something we should review.
  10. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  11. Could you please clarify what is being done when receiving this? It looks like an image is being resized but has invalid properties.
  12. You are on our Cloud so yes. Things should start to normalize here soon.
  13. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  14. Are there any stuck tasks in ACP -> System -> Dashboard -> Background Processes? If not, could you please try rebuilding your search index in ACP -> System -> Search -> Rebuild Search Index, then please let us know if that helps.
  15. HEIC is only supported by Safari at this time and minimal at that: https://caniuse.com/?search=heic . If it ever becomes more widely supported, I'm sure, we'd improve how they get embedded.
  16. I am simply guessing. It could be many, it could be something else entirely. The only thing we know is that it is going beyond what your hosting provider allows. You would either need to do the transfer manually or ask them for further assistance. You will want to check that path there to ensure it is correct and ensure that it is writable. If you are unsure, please contact your hosting provider or disable template disk caching.
  17. Sounds to the degree, if this is taking longer than 90 seconds, it may not be possible to process this fully. I.e. if one image is exceeding that and it needs 91+ seconds to bring it down, your hosting provider will stop it from functioning.
  18. Unfortunately, you would need to ask them why your server is generating a 503 Server Unavailable error then. This is not specifically something from a software standpoint we can get the reason for or resolve as 5xx level errors are server-related errors. They would need to investigate the server error logs. I'm afraid, there is not anything from a software point of view we can do until they provide the reason for the 503 error and state it is something they are able to assist you with you or something you are not able to get by on your hosting package (if it is resource related).
  19. You would want to contact your hosting provider or server administrator for assistance here. "-200" in plupload is an error with processing on the server so it would need to be investigated and handled there. I'm afraid, server configuration is outside the scope of our support.
  20. It should be relatively instantaneous, depending on what is being changed. At most it may take the cache length of the page to take effect.
  21. PHP mail would be through your server's configuration. Anything you need to configure would be in your php.ini 😉 . All the software does pass that through native PHP functions and then PHP handles it to how you configured it.
  22. My point is that you did not have to do your workaround here. They uploaded just fine 🙂 .
  23. Please contact your hosting provider for further assistance. They will be able to tell you how your server is configured for this PHP mail. SendGrid is an email service. Instead of sending via your own server, you send via their professional email service. Email sending/receiving is a complex system which can lead to vulnerabilities/security problems, email deliverability due to being blacklisted, etc... Overall, it's a pain. Those that want to offload that pain, can use SendGrid or another service like SendGrid.
