  1. Please be advised I have opened a ticket for further investigation. Please watch your email for next steps.
  2. As mentioned, it is not so much that you've changed it that your storage on your server may not be working correctly so this is to test that.
  3. What are you attempting to do? Depending on what you're attempting to do, it may be outside our scope of support.
  4. This would only be for data storage (aka cache), not your attachments.
  5. You'd want to review your cache settings in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration -> Data Storage. If you're using file system, something is getting corrupted. This may be that your file system storage is full, something is not writing correctly, or something else entirely. First you will want to check your storage for your server / storage configuration. If you have plenty of space, you may wish to try to switch to database temporarily to see if this corrects the issue. If it does correct the issue, you will want to contact your hosting provider for assistance on why your file storage is not writing correctly or becoming corrupted.
  6. The ticket was converted to a bug for our developers to resolve. It is estimated for the next release but that is not written in stone yet.
  7. You have 2 member-related third party applications and plugins disabled. I would advise disabling them all and then testing again. Often, it can be these items creating a conflict.
  8. This would likely be separate than what the OP is stating. Please create your own topic and we can assist you there.
  9. Are you getting the same exact error mentioned above, @Square Wheels?
  10. Are you using Template Cache in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration? If so, try disabling that to see if there is a writing issue with your cache.
  11. What is the cookie name? We can verify that for you.
  12. This would indicate that you are already using these items so cannot re-use them. With that in mind, the drop-down is working for me but you also have a sub-menu under this item as well so it could be creating issues for you so I would recommend removing the sub-items that are outside of the drop-down. Would advise clearing your browser's cache if you're having issues.
  13. The URL slug would be: /clients/credit/
  14. Commissions would be attributed as Account Credit so you would need to ensure that you have added the Account Credit menu item to your navigation via the Menu Manager. The user can then click that and view their Account Credit.
  15. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  16. We do have our Beginner package at an annual pricing of $49 which comes with the below:
  17. I'm afraid, we cannot with that high number of third party add-ons. It is, unfortunately, impeding any further testing.
  18. An Internal Server Error is very much like your car's check engine light. It says something is wrong but not what or where. You would need to obtain your server error log entry for that error and post that here for us to provide further assistance.
  19. Could you please provide a link to the articles? It may be that they contain something which we no longer allow or accidentally disallowed in our firewall rules so would need to be reviewed. Otherwise, you may run into it again.
  20. With 438 hook poins and 70+ applications and 70+ plugins, I would strongly urge you to uninstall any which you are not using or are not 100% essential to your community. These can create issues even if they are disabled.
  21. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  22. This would not be site wide. It would only be blocking your IP address. You would want to check if you have an RSS feed readers from your computer pointed to your community, anything like that which may be creating errors or lots of requests. If this does not meet your usage, we would need to know what you're doing. Are you posting something specific which always gets blocked and then you can't do anything else? Are you trying to run an upgrade, third party install, etc... and it's failing? As this is happening right now specific to you, we need more information about what is happening.
  23. This would likely be something which you are performing as you are getting caught by the firewall and getting temporarily blocked. Are you running something perhaps from the same IP address as yourself which is running into errors or making a lot of requests? This could be maybe a feed reader, local code hitting the API, or something else?
  24. That changed the stack trace so while I understand it didn't resolve it, you are making progress. Next step would be switching to an unmodified theme.
