  1. It is not common for us to give our software away for free, after all, we are a for-profit business 🙂 . None-the-less, you're more than welcome to ask sales. You may get a nice, fluffy hug from Charles (which may be better than the software 🤣).
  2. Your setting there for 'sql_tbl_prefix' does not have a value. Therefore, any tables prefixed with 'orig_' could be deleted as it is not currently used by this software configuration.
  3. Without understanding what particular table is large or what is going on at the database level, we can't really tell you if this is normal or not.
  4. Would switch to an English language pack. Sounds like a wrong translation. You'll want to contact the author of your language pack for assistance to correct that though.
  5. Onboarding emails in like a drip campaign style aren't really something available in the core itself. I would suggest using Zapier to connect with MailChimp or another drip campaign / automation designed email platform that can handle this for you with ease. Outside of that, Announcements and Alerts can be tailored to a member group so could be like a "Welcome message" and then point to a specific topic, page, whatever on your community which has more onboarding resources. I have something similar on my community where I have an alert welcoming them and then direct them to how to post photos and to introduce themselves to the community. The bad news is there really isn't a drip style to send 1 notice on day 1, the next on day 2, the next on day 3, etc...
  6. I have tagged this to a developer to confirm when the rate check is performed.
  7. Could you please apply the patch which is available and also ensure that any server-side caching is disabled. My colleague appears to also has reported this as a bug so if the above does not help, we will investigate further. As noted here:
  8. Do you have access to the given area which you are embedding? I attempted this with our user and found no issues embedding or viewing the embed. If you're seeing something specific, please ensure you (or the user viewing) has access to the given area in question, there are no Javascript errors (you have quite the number of ads running and errors in the console), and that there are no third party add-ons enabled.
  9. You would want to contact your hosting provider or server administrator if you are not comfortable or have the knowledge to do this kind of log investigation on your server. These would be shipping rates.
  10. This is not something which is in the core software at the moment. You're more than welcome to suggest this in our Feedback forum.
  11. You're more than welcome to suggest this in our Feedback section but I personally find that to be a security loophole.
  12. You will want to disable mod_security and other security modules. Then troubleshoot with your hosting provider or server administrator if you want to keep them.
  13. Are there any console errors which may be an issue with how your images are loading?
  14. Does the VPN not have access to Google or Google services? That may be the issue as the API is failing.
  15. Are you constantly checking rates or anything? If no, you would want to check your traffic and server logs for information about if this is malicious or not.
  16. Would try a different browser and see if it persists. Often Safari just does odd things.
  17. That’s not an error but rather telling you that you need to finish the upgrade.
  18. That would mean nothing is wrong that you can improve. You would need to upgrade your hosting if you are running into size limits.
  19. This is not something which we currently have. The current search for online events would not be valid for other users and would expire for yourself as it uses a CSRF key. You're more than welcome to submit a topic for Feedback to see if this is something in the future we can provide.
  20. Please read the following guide to help answer your questions regarding notifications and how to configure/use them:
  21. That would currently require a customization to do as it is not a feature in the software. You can certainly post in our Feedback forum or I can move this topic there though.
  22. Do you mean that you have this disabled? As if you have the ability to see other's topics, there should be nothing restricting a user from viewing them.
  23. Excellent. I have resent the email replies now.
  24. Only that 500 Internal Server Error would be able to tell you why that is. It could also be that it is an issue but you have caching or something else on the other community which is blocking the error from coming to the front.
