  1. Are these items getting squared away on your server's storage? The fact that they disappearing and nothing is being actioned against them is odd.
  2. Would test with a simple resource like the image, would ignore a more complex one like a font for the time being.
  3. Are you sure it is actually appearing and not some form of cache from the browser, server, or CloudFlare?
  4. You would click the "See my activity" button on your profile and then you can sort through all your posts.
  5. Please keep CloudFlare disabled till after the issue is resolved as otherwise, it may create more issues and elongate the duration of the issue being present. I have disabled template cache for you in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration. I am unable to reproduce any errors now while using an unmodified theme. Your template cache directory had files from 2020 in it so likely has read/write issues. You would need to work with your hosting provider to ensure that it is able to write/read correctly.
  6. As you're utilizing CloudFlare, please ensure that CloudFlare is not blocking your server from checking the newly updated URL's sitemap
  7. This would be Google hasn't approved those pages yet for ads. Keep in mind that our software just "prints" the code on the page, it's up to Google whether or not ads show. If ads are appearing on some pages but not all and nothing custom has been done to change that display on your end, that is typically Google not putting ads on those pages yet.
  8. Open System would mean that a user can type anything in the tag field when submitting content. Closed System means that an administrator would define those tags and the user could only pick from the options the administrator defined. Regardless of what system you choose as an administrator, if a user were to click a tag on a content piece or search for a tag, they would be brought to a search results page with all content which has been "tagged" with that particular tag. For the example I referred to in my last post, imagine now that we have an Open System and a user created a topic called "Peanuts" and tagged that topic with the tag "nuts". The next day, the administrator changes to a Closed System and has the tags "Fruits" and "Veggies" available. If we go to the topic "Peanuts", we will still see that it is tagged with "nuts" because this change does not remove existing tags from content.
  9. This is my first time commenting in this topic 😉 . However, believe there is confusion in what my colleague is referring to. They were referring to content which already has been tagged. Whereas, in your previous post, you are referring to tag options in the dropdown.
  10. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  11. As mentioned, this can happen if you are on a VPN/proxy and losing connection as well. I'm afraid, I cannot reproduce this. However, if you want to disable IP address verification, you can do so in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration. Though, this is not recommended.
  12. Keep in mind that if you set a closed tag system for the software in ACP -> System -> Posting -> Tags, that is set for all applications. Items inserted in that menu are not specific to Forums.
  13. Are you bouncing between different networks perhaps? I.E. on a mobile device that is bouncing between a WIFI signal and the mobile network. That would explain how you have a static IP address on your WIFI but switching to your the mobile network would cause a different IP address as it is a different network. Alternatively, if you are switching or getting kicked of a VPN or Proxy this would cause your IP address to change as well, even if your home/work has a static IP address. Viewing your ACP, I am not seeing that issue myself, so it does not appear to be a configuration issue on our end.
  14. This would be done via the front-end login screen by clicking the "Forgot password?" link.
  15. Your PHP is missing mbstring extension. If you or your hosting provider upgraded PHP, it is missing extensions required for the software to function. Please also make sure you're running PHP 8.0 or PHP 8.1. Can using the following requirements checker script:
  16. You would want to contact your theme's author. That likely is the source of this.
  17. Putting it in the Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager integrations will place it in the Head. I would not advise implementing automatic ads from AdSense as they do create issues and go sometimes where they are not wanted. It would be advised to implement their manual placement ads.
  18. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  19. Unfortunately, FTP access is still not valid. Credentials are incorrect.
  20. Would recommend pausing entirely as CloudFlare will still enable many other features while in development mode.
  21. I'm afraid, I cannot comment on what was happening prior to today, I can only comment on what I see now and what is happening now. If the URL is visited, it is rendering an error message about incorrect encoding which is correct.
  22. I'm afraid that is not true and why you are receiving the encoding error. A conversion from WOFF2 to SVG is needed if you are using an SVG extension.
  23. You would want to use the Links feature in ACP -> System -> Posting -> Links & Email Addresses. The Word Filters feature is for display purposes but really does not block the link itself.
  24. I see that you have uploaded TFF and WOFF2 files as SVGs. This conversion is not something which is done automatically and the URL is generating an encoding error. We cannot assist with uploading of correct files or conversion of those. Keep in mind that these are the accepted file formats below to be uploaded to the Pages Media area. We also would not be able to provide support for any converting, uploading, downloading, or usage of these files. js, css, txt, ico, gif, jpg, jpe, jpeg, png, mp4, 3gp, mov, ogg, ogv, mp3, mpg, mpeg, ico, flv, webm, wmv, avi, m4v, webp, m4a, wav, pdf, svg
  25. Is the data layer feature enabled? If so, they will see this in their account settings.
