  1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  2. I will need details of this, so have created a ticket. Please respond to this with the details, including email and link
  3. We find this with a lot of facebook stuff, unfortunately.
  4. I have done something back end to unarchive everything
  5. These are unarchiving. Please note, it will take a while to run through
  6. Nothing has changed on our end, and the message does say the issue is on their end
  7. The theme itself shouldnt stop working. You would however need someone to make it compatible with new releases as you upgrade
  8. Glad to hear you have that resolved 🙂
  9. I agree with opentype there. You are essentially trying to use the system outside the wait in which it is supposed to operate. While you could overide these things in the theme, this is something that will take some maintaining over time, and probably cause you issues at some point
  10. I have removed those details. Never post details on the public forum for your own security I am getting this Status: Authenticating with public key "imported-openssh-key" Status: Server refused public-key signature despite accepting key! Status: Access denied Please have your hosting company check this
  11. You need to contact your hosting company on that issue. What you are seeing there is more than just a token mismatch
  12. Until we can get in, I cant say what's actually causing that. I cant get into the ACP as its just refreshing the page at this point. I also seem unable to get onto your sftp that is provided. Please check those details
  13. This being the case, you would need another designer to assist you with this. As mentioned above, there are many providers out there who offer design services, so it would be worth looking through
  14. Its also worth trying recovery mode, as shown here https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/client-services/getting-support-r292/#recoverymode
  15. If you can find a way to replicate this elsewhere, we can of course take a look, but I know on the ticket above none of us were able to replicate the problem
  16. It appears your admin CP login is still incorrect there
  17. I think this has probably gone a little off topic now. Martin - Good luck to whatever you do in the future, and thank you for you feedback. Always appreciated 🙂 For any other items, please feel free to use the feedback forum, or indeed the deprecation discussion where some of these items have been discussed at length.
  18. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  19. There is nothing built in that can achieve this, unfortunately. As mentioned above, you would need something custom for this
  20. Actually it can only be prevented by the hosting provider. If there are 1000s of requests a second for example, it doenst matter if we show a guest page, a login page, or anything else. There are still 1000s of requests for that resource
  21. Without context as to where this is coming from, its not something we would be able to assist with. If you can provide this, we can certainly then advise
  22. It would only request if thats not already set in the browser, so it would indeed be a browser issue there. You're not browsing in private mode at all are you?
