  1. Ive added that as a bug report. Probably should show the topic as a whole
  2. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  3. When you say you are approving a post, where are you referring to approving it from? If its from the approval queue, that would be correct. If its from the topic itself, Im a little confused, as you would of course already be within the topic
  4. As mentioned above, please check your tmp directory is accessible and isnt full on the server. Also check your server error logs as that may give an indication as to why.
  5. You stated there that you upload the files, and at that point cannot upgrade as you get an error, so you revert the issue. The problem is, if you revert the issue, we cant log in to see it.
  6. The 403 response code is "Forbidden", meaning your hosting is refusing access to that location. I would say however, I did state above if you want us to take a look to confirm, we need to see the issue in action.
  7. There is an open bug report on this. Please follow the above topic for updates
  8. Issues on your hosting are not covered by our support, no.
  9. I assure you the fix is there 🙂
  10. Seems there is an issue with its detection there
  11. We cant, as its your tmp directory, which is set up by your hosting, not by the software. If you are getting 403, thats something else you would need to check with your host as that is a permissions issue
  12. It will auto renew if you have a valid payment method on file. We have a bug report in for that duplication issue. Could you let me know which site this is for?
  13. The only way to do that would be not to make anyone else leaders of that club
  14. You would not have access to either, until you run the upgrade directly from /admin/upgrade . Did you do this? If so, we need to see the issue in action in order to advise on this If the auto upgrade is showing this, it means it cannot download to your server or unpack. The most likely scenario being permissions on the server (tmp usually) or space
  15. There is nothing within the upgrade that would cause something like this in any way. The only way this can happen is if the spammers have the login details for those accounts already. If its happening on a huge number of accounts, it may be worth force changing passwords on accounts. Its worth noting here, that hCaptcha will do nothing to resolve an issue with spam from existing members. They do not use captcha when posting, as they are members. Its also worth noting we have 2 factor authentication on the software that would prevent this from happening. It would be worth using this and enforcing it for your members if you have such issues
  16. What you did would be the correct course of action. I would advise on trying that again, and ensuring you run the upgrader at /admin/upgrade once uploaded
  17. Sorry to hear you feel the error handling is poor there. I would however point out that the message itself there states how to deal with the error. The most likely cause is your theme, and next to that 3rd party items. You can disable each of those to check within the support area of your admin CP. You can also see the full error within your System Logs in the same area if needed
  18. Please check the details, as these are incorrect at present
  19. Thats something you would need to take up with your host, as mentioned in the message there
  20. Try clearing out the datastore folder and see if that resolves the issue for you
  21. You could just delete the contents of that table, after ensuring you have made a full backup
  22. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  23. Members should be able to add with those permissions. I would say however, final has just been released so check on that first
  24. You would need to ensure its updated for that site then. At present you have display name in your access details, but your site uses email to log in
