  1. Of course, if your site is not viewable by guests, it is not viewable when sharing. That would be the same for sharing any item of content

  10. You're not missing anything. We are just concentrating only one the one caching method.
  11. As mentioned, you would really need to submit a topic with facebook, as its them who are blocking.

  13. Are you allowing only a specific URL somewhere? I ask with you stating its only the admin CP. Other than that, it may be worth opening a ticket with facebook on this
  14. This would depend. If someone states they are away for a week, then clearly 3 days would not be reasonable. If someone disappears entirely and you don't get any response for a week, obviously that is unreasonable. However if you put in a request on 23rd December, and haven't received a response by 4th Jan, that's entirely reasonable, as its Christmas. In addition to that, if its something that may take some looking into, that may take more time than someone just asking if something is possible. In short, there is no simple answer to your question.

Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   23. Thank you for applying the nameservers in advance there. I have now applied your domain to the site for you, so pending your domain itself resolving to the nameservers completely, you should be good to go.
  24. As mentioned above, we would need more information on this. We would need an example page at least. In most cases, this will tend to be server related issues that need to be resolved.
