  1. Please could you let us know who the user is? Also please ensure all access details on file are up to date
  2. Please could you check this on an unaltered language pack? I am seeing totals my end
  3. That would not be normal, no. It may well be that your theme is not compatible. If you can update your access details on file, I can take a look for you
  4. You would need to ensure you are adding it as an external link. If this is what you are already doing, I would need the name of it so I can take a look for you
  5. Im not seeing any links with http on your menu. First of all, I would suggest clearing your browser cache to see if thats what you are seeing. If that's not the issue, I would need to know the name of that item (just the name in the menu will do) so I can take a look on your menu
  6. Are you referring to your forum here, or ours? If your own I would suggest checking items such as mod_security on your server for blocking your content. Securi is another common one.
  7. I will move this to our developer forum, as custom development is outside the scope of support. But something like this will get you what you are looking for $name = \IPS\Member::loggedIn()->name; echo $name;
  8. Please let us know if this is working when that plugin is disabled
  9. I cant actually see one under this email address, however if you have emailed in to support then it would indeed have been received and you should have had confirmation of this via email also. Was this submitted from an email other than the main one on your account?
  10. OK so on discussing this, its actually intended workflow. You can only actually have one pending and one latest version at any one time. So in order to add a new version you would first either need to reject or approve the version that is pending.
  11. No problem, Jamie. Hope thats sorts it for you. Please do let us know
  12. No problem. You must have at least one shipping method available if its an item that needs to be shipped
  13. You can delete a user in the admin CP, then choose the option to delete that members posts. Items that have already been quoted would remain though unfortunately. There is no way in which to automatically remove those.
  14. You would need to therefore contact your hosting company on your issues with converting to INNODB, as this is most likely to be what is causing your issues
  15. I would advise first of all that you upgrade to the latest release of the platform. If you are then still having issues, please visit Support in your admin CP (top right) and check for any issues showing up there.
  16. No problem. Glad you managed to get where you need to be there
  17. I did actually respond to that. You would add the links to wherever you have uploaded those videos. You would not send them directly on email I have just responded to that ticket for you, as it seems you must have asked that on another ticket. I do remember responding, but its not actually on this ticket. Nor is the question itself
  18. I see from your ticket you managed to get this resolved. Would you mind letting us know what your issue was?
  19. To clarify on this, it strips EXIF data from the file itself, but only removes sensitive information. We have an internal discussion to clarify this, and potentially make changes to this.
  20. Im not actually sure what it is you are asking there. There is no facility to use any part of your site outside of the folder in which its installed
  21. Thank you. I will take a look at that and get back to you
  22. You can indeed. You just need to ensure that in the users group they have "Can upload movies?" selected Image types are gif, jpeg, jpe, jpg, png, webp and video types flv, f4v, wmv, mpg, mpeg, mp4, mkv, m4a, m4v, 3gp, mov, avi, webm, ogg, ogv If someone had the direct link, they would be able to use that direct link. They would of course need to know the link in the first place You would always be charged your full renewal price for whatever applications you currently own.
  23. You don't actually have any shipping methods set up. So at present there are indeed no shipping methods for the user to select. Easypost isnt switched on, and there isnt any shipping rates set up
