    A couple of questions before we begin looking at this for you 1 - You still have the converters installed from when you did the conversion? 2 - Were you using any custom URLs on xenforo using anything outside of xenforo? If any of the 2 above are yes, then redirecting would not work. We can account for only xenforo redirects, and the converter is what stores those redirects

    Spam defence is certainly stopping a lot. We see that on our own stats. As mentioned, if you have ways in which you would like to see these improved, please feel free to post them within our suggestions forum.

    You should test your site is fully functional on the test server before you begin an upgrade, as you have no way of knowing its functioning correctly before you begin. Then you should upgrade by uploading files over the original set. If you are not doing it in this manner, you are actually doing this in a manner differently to what is described in our documentation. If you are looking to 'clean up', that can be done after upgrading if needed. So you should be able to uninstall on the test instance also. Note, we do not support 3.x in any way, so support time would not be relevant in this scenario also.

    Yes, this would be due to the holidays. Please note, that just because you remove the application on 3.x, ,if you have the license for it you can still install it in the future. My colleagues comment was a way to help you forward

    This will likely be the speed at which tasks are running. If you havent already, set yourself up a cron job on your server, as shown here

    You cannot move them, as they are currently in the process of processing your last action (Moving or deleting its contents). You cannot hide a forum so it can be seen only from a link unfortunately

    I can see your ticket there and will respond shortly. However you need to get that instance removed in order to install somewhere else.

    Feel free to post that up in the suggestions section of the community if you wish to see something like that added. The reality is though, as much as you put in place, the busier your site gets the more you have to manage manually. As fast as you add measures to prevent spammers, they will create ways around it. And as mentioned by opentype above, these tend to be humans creating the accounts at time

    In the same location as you set it as default, there is a list of usergroups that can use it. I believe Im actually seeing that theme. Please update your access details on file, and let me know the user you are logging in as to test

    Its not a bug there. You were correct in your previous statement. Its simply the colour of the image meaning that level of greyscale makes it all pretty much the same

    Thats the one, yes. It sounds like you have a theme manually selected for yourself. Im not seeing a default unaltered theme when I look at your site. What theme are you trying to use?

    You need to ensure that tasks are running, otherwise the rebuild will never complete. We would suggest setting this up as a cron job on your server. Please see the following guide on this

    This is a misunderstanding of that function. It switches peoples theme if they have manually selected a theme. To set it as the default, you need to edit the theme, then set it as default using the switch provided
