  1. We are of course always making speed improvements on the platform. Note however that many improvements will come from server related performance, rather than the software. That's not to say there wont be areas in the software too, of course. But server environments will tend to be the biggest hit.

  4. Thats possible. Check in Support in the admin CP (top right of the Admin CP page), and see if anything is showing up in there. However it's a requirement of the software, so it would be unusual for this to be the case. Generally it will be a server blockage somewhere

  6. Please check your server error logs to see what the underlying error message is being logged. At present you have an internal server error showing up when its trying to load
  7. If you have the uploads folder, then you may not actually need to do a new install. You just need the conf_global.php file. You would add the uploads folder, add the conf_global.php file, upload a fresh set of files, then run the upgrader from /admin/upgrade . You do need to bear in mind, that would not take account for items such as 3rd party plugins or applications, but it should do the trick
  8. You could maybe achieve this by creating a custom button for your users to use. Just another thought for you.
  9. Are you using anything like cloudflare there? It may be that this is blocking requests sent back to your site

  15. I have to admit, I would also put that in the realm of not being used as intended there. As you mention yourself, its intention is for view on different size screens rather than randomly resizing in different ways to see what breaks.

  21. I will forward this topic to our community support, as the items you want to change here refer to customisation, which is outside the scope of support. With regard the last item, there would be no way in which to remove those without setting rules to do so.
  22. Yes, thats correct. By adding "BMW Club" as a secondary group to your account, you are saying "Dont show me those ads" as that is a group not selected
  23. This is because "BMW Club" is not added there. The way it works is if 'any' group in there that is not selected is a group that user has, they will not see the add. This is so that you can create groups you can add to people to exclude ads showing
  24. Could you screenshot what you have set up. I can then set it up this end and see whats going on there
