  1. This is the thing here. Often you will find it is the users, and so its showing correctly the activity on your site
  2. It looks like it simply timed out at some point there. Its unlikely the browser clearing was actually what caused the problem. If you have that again, try visiting /admin/upgrade again, and it should allow you to continue.
  3. There isnt much I can really add to what has been said by Randy there, other than to say when loading a page, if there is more media, it will take longer to load that page with that media on it. In most cases, on a decent set up, that would not be an unusual amount. If you are asking these kinds of questions, are you sure you want to host yourself? Have you considered our cloud offering?
  4. You can change the logo on your site from your theme in Customization>Themes, by clicking the edit icon. There is no 'cover photo' as such if you mean a background for the header section on the whole site. Thats something you would need to theme in if you wished to add one
  5. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  6. I'm a little confused here. Paypal seem to indicate there that they are simply having issues with the payout system, and they will notify you once its reactivated
  7. We will indeed need that in order to get this escalated
  8. Logs would generally be stored in the database rather than on the file system. Check the core_logs table
  9. Not only is there no issue with doing this, we would actually recommend using INNODB. So after taking backups of course, you would indeed update them.

This is something we are aware of. We have an open bug report for this

I can indeed. Taking a look there, the first thing you should do is update your site to the latest release. However the issue in your case is your email provider. You are getting the following returned {"message":[{"message":"The provided authorization grant is invalid, expired, or revoked","field":null,"help":null}]} You can see this in your email error logs
  12. I see this was now sorted out by my colleague for you.
  13. I have seen your response there, and will sort out about getting this back online, rather than a backup restore, which is not what I believe you need there. I have passed it to one of our developers and flagged this up for you to get you sorted out
  14. The reason for this is you have not asked for the site upgrade to be fixed. You have instead requested your site is restored to an earlier point in time prior to the backup. That can take some time, and may be a few days it some instances, as this is not something caused by the core platform. This is rather something caused by a 3rd party application. If you are just looking to get your site back online, we may be able to remove that item from the upgrade process and go from there. Would you like us to see if we can do that for you?
  15. These are still incorrect unfortunately. Your hosting company will not be able to tell you what those details are, as its your admin CP username and password which you have not added correctly in our client area

Please feel free to post up within our suggestions forum if you wish to see something like this in future releases.
  17. There is little else we can be of assistance with on this unfortuanetly. If you have these notifications (these are not spam, and actually notifications from your server) switched on, and have post before register switched on, you will be notified by your server if someone uses an email that doesnt exist.
  18. Is that a stock theme? I ask as I believe this was a bug that was resolved some time ago
  19. As mentioned, with MOV files this cannot have been the case. They are simply not supported by the browser.
  20. I see you managed to get that restored there. Please let us know if you require any further assistance
  21. There would be no other way to do this, no
  22. Just to add to that, mov itself isn't actually a supported format officially on html5 video. While it will work on Safari, it won't on most
  23. They are indeed showing embedded in the post, provided you are using a device that will display them. By this, I mean safari, as its an apple format.
  24. I believe my colleague answered the question in What you actually quoted there. It should not show at all on mobile. Please disable all 3rd party applications and test, as mentioned.

The mobile application, if thats what you are referring to, was discontinued quite some time ago
