  1. Please ensure you update FTP details also, and let us know once that has been completed. I will need to escalate your ticket and this will be needed to debug the problem
  2. Its not a percentage, and not sure where you are seeing the word percentage there. Its an absolute score. So if you add 25 there, then the user would need 25 points in order to pass
  3. Please check those access details, as they appear to be incorrect, unfortunately
  4. You seem to have invented a percentage setting there, that doesnt exist in the platform. As the setting says, its a percentage score they have to get to pass. So if you have one where there are 15 questions and you are giving 1 point per correct answer, if you want 75% of them to be correct then you would be putting the passing score as 12 (as its actually 11.25 and you cant have part of a point). In answer to your question on "What is you set the passing score to 2500". The simple answer is, everyone would fail.
  5. This is something that has come up a few times. As mentioned, it would quickly turn into a spamming feature (you only need to look at facebook to see that). So the instinct would be, as you say, to allow only admin and moderators to use it. The problem with this, is it would also quickly annoy members if they are being mass tagged in things. Admin and Moderators also already have the ability to get information to members if needed, by way of alerts and announcements, so it would add very little value.
  6. Could you please get more information from them on what issue they are seeing. If they are saying there is an issue with ours, there must be something that is leading them to believe this. As I mention, we have thousands of people using this
  7. Ive actually logged that one as a bug, rather than leaving it for just feedback. It makes sense that if we allow the formatting, we show it to the user ๐Ÿ™‚
  8. Have you checked logs on paypal to see if you can see anything there?
  9. Please check cloudflare to ensure that isnt blocking anything too, as it may well be its blocking the requests.
  10. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  11. Unfortunately, what you are saying there is somewhat of a contradiction. If its asking to authorise payments and not 'capturing' then its not sending to our webhooks.
  12. We aren't wordpress. Its likely they are working in a different manner. Please bear in mind, we have thousands of customers all using the very same. The only reason this would happen if paypal is not sending a request to the webhook in our platform.
  13. When you say its the same as you receive on your previous website, are you referring to an invision 4 site?
  14. You would then need to contact paypal on this one. We dont ask paypal to force you to accept payments on their side in any way
  15. Im not sure what you mean here by not capturing but authorising. Do you mean they are not showing in your admin CP? Do you have some example invoices that have been paid via paypal, that havent shown as paid?
  16. Please check the account details there. The password doesnt appear to be correct unfortunately.
  17. This is correct as per design. There are instances where people will want to report their own items
  18. Very glad to hear you now have a working copy of the software ๐Ÿ™‚
  19. You would be best creating (or getting someone to create) a plugin, which is built for that specific purpose, to be honest. I cant see any simple way in which you are going to achieve this in the way you describe.
  20. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  21. An account will only ever be locked as the result of the system receiving an incorrect password somehow. I note you are using quite a custom theme there, and you mention this happening only on mobile. Have you tested this on a default unaltered theme, in order to ensure its not something in your theme causing incorrect information to be passed somehow?
  22. Social media companies will choose which they want to use when you share content on their platform.
  23. We all have that very same problem occasionally. Dont worry ๐Ÿ™‚ Hope you manage to get yourself upgraded
  24. Thanks for reaching out. From what you have put there you're wondering when this will be resolved fully. As I said above, I totally understand your concern. We're currently looking into it and are doing our best to find a solution as quickly as possible. Until that point, there isnt much else in terms of information I have to provide. Iโ€™ll keep you posted as soon as I have more information. Thanks for your patience! Yes, this is to avoid repeating ourselves. I appreciate your understanding as we work to address the situation. While there's no censoring happening, itโ€™s not effective to keep answering the same question multiple times
