  1. Please could you check your server error logs to see what is being logged there? If you are getting an internal server error, the actual issue will be logged there
  2. If you have resolved the mysql issue, then you can upload a fresh set of files, and continue the upgrade from /admin/upgrade
  3. Ive marked this for our developers to take a look. Someone will be in contact as soon as they can
  4. No problem. I will pick up on that now for you
  5. I'm not getting the same issue myself, so have created a new ticket on this so we can take a closer look
  6. We are aware of the duplicate emails and some issues with when these are sent, and we are looking into this. We hope you have this resolved as soon as possible
  7. Gald to hear that has been resolved for you. Please let us know if you see any further issues
  8. Sorry to see you are having issues here. Support can be up to 72 hours, although we are never anywhere near that amount of time. Usually you will be answered very quickly, however during times of the change over of staff, a few hours would not be unusual. I have now sent you a password reset from your site. Note you changed your email address on that login, so you would need to check the new email address for that password reset email
  9. We are unable to provide assistance in another language, unfortunately. You need to check with the author of the item that is shown, in order to correct that issue.
  10. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  11. Unfortunaetly we cannot provide assistance here from stats. We need your server error logs to advise.
  12. Please post separate items in different topics if you can, so they are not getting confused with each other. With the first one, I cannot replicate this. As you can see here, there is no problem when I upload. Unless I am misunderstanding the issue? With videos, it depends on the browser. The software itself simply posts these in video tags, and its the browser which decides if it can play them or not, based on the available software and codecs it has available to it. If this is only missing in one browser, this can only really be cache, as from the point of view of the software its either present or not. I would ask here first of all for you to check all these on a default unaltered theme, with all 3rd party items disabled, and any caching on your server also disabled. This does appear to be very specific to you and your site unfortunately.
  13. I have created a ticket for you on this, and someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  14. I would need to know which user you are logged in as and where exactly you are checking this, as there is more than one location you could check IPs. I am not seeing any issues using the IP tools in the mod CP with the user on file.
  15. Your server is currently running PHP 7.2. The software requires PHP 7.4 minimum, which is what I causing you issues there
  16. We are logging quite verbosely at present, so it will log errors when it cant find an application you dont have installed. This will be toned down on the next upcoming release of the platform
  17. Ive flagged for a developer to review this ticket to see if there is anything obvious here, before we create a ticket on it
  18. I will check on this the next I have an update I can run this end, but I havent noticed it personally
  19. We like to keep you on your toes 😉
  20. Support is now done via the community. We can still access your details, and this is now fully staffed 🙂
  21. Ive tagged this for our developers to review and advise accordingly
  22. The support tool is in the top right of your admin CP. Click support there, and then click on the customisations overview to disable custonmisations. Check in another tab while they are all disabled. Its very likely its one of your 3rd party applications there unfortunately.
  23. I have flagged our developers on this so they can take a look and see what is happening
  24. There isnt really unfortuntely. Its not so much a bug, as an issue with that text that is being posted.
