  19. If he is using IE that will indeed cause issues, as its no longer supported
  20. This would usually happen only when an item is taking an unnessesary length of time to complete. Before anything else, please disable all 3rd party items, and run this search again, to see if you can replicate
  21. Simply, the item expired. The user then logged in and paid the renewal. There isnt 2 zaps for a renewal there. There was one zap on it expiring, and one on it renewing
  22. There have been fixed in these areas since the release you are currently using. Please first of all update to the latest release and check again.
  23. There isnt really. If there has been an issue when things have been updated, its something we woul need to get a developer to look into. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.
