  1. If you didnt select to keep old ranks, they would indeed no longer be present. You would need to configure the new system and it can then rebuild to where they should be 🙂 Take a look at the following, which will help you get set up
  2. Please provide an example member so I can take a look
  3. Im a little confused as to what you are asking here. The user has indeed been changed on 2 occasions there. It expired, then was renewed, both on the same day
  4. Marc

    Zapier fields

I have moved this over to our suggestions area for you 🙂
  5. Please feel free to add that to the ticket, but its unlikely those are related
  6. Before we continue, please visit support within your admin CP and address the mysql items shown
  7. There are no built in options for this at the present time. It would require customisation and theming
  8. There doesnt actually look to be an issue there. What they need to do is to pay their renewal for that product
  9. Not without customisation unfortunately
  10. You will have been asked during the upgrade procedure if you wish to keep old ranks. Bear in mind, you will not see them in the same place as on old versions. Point at the icon next to your name for example
  11. I have created a ticket on this for you, as we will need to take a closer look. Someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  12. Are you happy for me to go ahead and get you updated now?
  13. Sorry, I believe what my colleague is asking, is if when this happens, are you performing any specific action? The reason we ask if there can be issues if items take a long time to run in the background, that may well cause the issues
  14. At this point, you are really at a crossroad where you need to get your site upgraded. It may well be you are hitting a bug that is causing the duplicated items there. For context, you are 44 releases behind, which is 5 years behind. In addition to this, 10 of those were security related, so you are running software with known security flaws
  15. Very glad to hear you are back up and running 🙂
  16. Please let us know if this happens again from now, as I suspect these are items that are just backlog on email from before you upgraded
  17. This would indicate you have custom pages templates which are no longer compatible with the latest release. You would need to switch to default templated, or update those to be compatible.
  18. ^ Trust this guy. Some say he lives on a diet consisting only of pages templates and that his favourite typeface is so perfect, it could be placed in the Tate Modern as a masterpeice

    PHP 8

Please post all topics in the English language. We do not provide support in any other language at the current time. With regards upgrading to PHP 8, this is something you would need to contact y our hosting company on, if you are unsure how to do this
  20. So, with the template side of things with pages, I see you are going through that with the designer there to get that sorted, so hopefully you can get that to where it needs to be. This will of cours also affect the sidebar on those pages, so would suggest you get that sorted first of all. With the speed of things, before you do anything else, go to support in the top right of your admin CP, adn address the database items. These will certainly cause slowdown (the INNODB one specifically), and are server side items. You would need to contact your hosting company to correct the table types if you are unsure on how to do this
  21. There is no bulk way to switch them on. Could I ask before we continue, have you checked saving on a default theme, with no 3rd party items enabled? If so, and thats still not working, please update all access details on file so we can take a look
  22. While you could do that, it wouldnt be what we would recommend.
  23. No problem. That will indeed be what is causing the issue for you 🙂
  24. You would need to report those applications to the developers unfortunately. The ones you are enabling, as you have seen, are causing problems on your site. It seems in your case, unfortunately more than one
  25. As mentioned on the other ticket you have. We would need to know which theme, and we can take a look for you
