  1. I cant say for certain, but Im certainly not aware of one.
  2. If you wanted to use your own email addresses, you would indeed need your own email service for this. Just reading through what you have there. I am UK based myself, as are a few of our developers for any issues that may need to be escalated 🙂 Staff in general we have on a few time zones
  3. Please follow the instructions for recovery mode here. It is likely a 3rd party item is not compatible while you have commerce installed. https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/client-services/getting-support-r292/#recoverymode
  4. If when on 7.4 its not loading at all, could I ask if you have checked the requirement checker, while you have php 7.4 in place? https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/7046-invision-community-requirements-checker/
  5. This apply the patch showing in the support area of your admin CP. This should resolve the issue you are having.
  6. No, as the user stated there it was one of their browser plugins. Are you using the latest release there, with all 3rd party items disabled (including theme)? I ask as this did used to be a bug, which was resolved
  7. I would suggest first of all disabling all browser extensions are mentioned by the op
  8. Have you checked any other selectors there, to ensure its not simply the selector itself that is incorrect? I ask as from the comment there you appear to be wanting to change a number, where the property you are targeting is a background I would need to know specifically (please screenshot) what you are trying to change there if you believe this to be the case
  9. Im a little confused as to what you mean here. If you restore the default theme, then indeed customisations wouldnt be working, as you are now using an unaltered theme. Please could you explain further what you mean here?
  10. If you take a look at the following guide, this shows how email templates are built up, and how you can edit them to your liking
  11. The answer would unfortunately be similar there also. Its not something over which we really have any control.
  12. quite simply, I'm unable to replicate the issue unfortunately. Also recaptcha itself appears to be returning it from what Im seeing above, so the issue would be with their service, rather than with the invision software.
  13. Thank you. I have created a ticket for you on this, and someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  14. Also disable 3rd party applications and plugins if that does not work. Its very likely thats an issue in one of your templates however.
  15. You can of course use something more reflective of your community if you wish. So somethinghere.invisionservice.com for example. You would need to send a ticket in to let us know if you wish that to happen.
  16. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  17. You may find the following guide helpful to you. This is a moderator permission that you are looking for
  18. We would not be able to assist with your server configuration unfortunately. I can see if there is anything set up incorrectly on the software side We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  19. Glad to hear you found a resolution to the issue there. As these only operate from banks within Germany and the Netherlands, that would indeed be the case, as that is the only currency in use in those locations
  20. You are running the checker while you are using PHP 7.4 there. You need to run the checker after you have switched to php 8. With regards the custom items, while they shouldnt, the only people who can answer that fully are the authors
  21. No problem at all. See how you get on with that. It does seem to be better at reducing spam too, so you may get a double win there
  22. Please remove all from your .htaccess other than what we provide, and then test this again
  23. It may indeed do yes. It would not provide advice on how to avoid it purposely. Unfortunately, that would defeat the object, as a bot could then read that and circumvent any prevention. If you are having problems with invisible recaptcha however, you could switch to another method. I would ask, have you not tries switching to the new hcaptcha we added there? Its more effective
