  1. It looks like they are using a link from their email to get to the site, or have saved an email link. Essentially, they are using the validation email rather than visiting the site directly by the look of it. I would advise on checking that first of all
  2. Thank you. I will let you know if we need the details there. We are looking at something internally at present, but if that isnt the cause, we will get back to you
  3. Spent a while trying to replicate this, and dont seem to be able to replicate it myself unfortunately. Is this consistent enough for you to be able to screenshot both the topic you are on (and provide URL) and also the results of your unread stream when you check and its said no topics? Just wondering if I may be able to see something on that screen to point us in the right direction
  4. It looks like you have a 3rd party application which is not compatible with PHP 8.1 there. You would need to identify which one it is and report it to the author
  5. This is not actually triggered by clicking return to site. Its triggered by the paypal API. It wouldnt actually matter if they click to come back to the site or not. If you have an issue whereby this is not happening, we would require information on this so we can look
  6. Unfortunately, nothing has reallyl changed from when this request was originally put in here. We cannot assist further as we cannot go through the relevant steps to identify the issue. While I fully understand this may be frustrating, and you may feel the issue is no 3rd party, I would ask you to consider the fact that there are no logs related to these, no failed transactions related to these and its only happening on your site. So there is indeed something specific related to your setup that is causing the problem there. Without being able to progress through our diagnostic procedure, we are unfortunately at a bit of a stalemate. You had a ticket there, which would have been escalated with details at the time, however without 3rd party items being allowed by yourself to be disabled, we would not be able to assist. You did also state you found the issue and it was a bug, but provided no information for this
  7. This was resolved back in a 4.7.0 beta in June. What of the above is still remaining?
  8. If its already been escalated, it will be there awaiting addressing. Refund requests can take some time
  9. Its not entirely clear what you are seeing here. Please note, do not compare this to your own site as our site is set up differently (its actually more than one site). Please screenshot what you see at each point and we can go from there
  10. This is actually my fault. My apologies. I had missed your PM there so hadnt seen your reply. I have now sorted that for you. This has however been passed to our engineers as there is more than one person having the problem You should have recieved a response on your other email address that I copied in. If you are not recieving that also, and that is on the same provider, you need to contact your mail provider unfortunately.
  11. I have flagged this up to our developers to take a look at. We have a couple of these around at present, however havent get had one with access details to take a look until this. Thank you for that info 🙂
  12. In the first instance, please check with a default unaltered theme, with all 3rd party items disabled. If that works, you will need to enable them one at a time until you find what is causing the problem there. Once you have found the item causing the issue, please contact the author of that item to request an update
  13. Just checked this myself and Im not seeing that issue. Have you since resolved this?
  14. Spam is actually just a status. You could change that to "People I don't like" if you wanted, but it wouldn't do anything you dont set that department to do. By default it simply sents a reply to say its spam, and closes the ticket
  15. Please add any additional information to the ticket that was created. 🙂
  16. It would check if there is another unread topic at the point you open that topic. Have these not been posted since you opened the topic?
  17. There is no specific list available unfortunately. We require all standard PHP extensions (those which would be enabled by default), plus GD and MBString
  18. Unfortunately, without investigating, it would be impossible to say. That would really be an investigation for your hosting company.
  19. What you could do, is if you want to show within each forum who is in charge of that area, you could set forum rules and show them inline, then write who is in charge of them. The other option would be use the staff directory, which you may actually find is more useful to you in this scenario
  20. I have created a ticket for you on this, and someone will be in contact as soon as possible
  21. You would need to create a ticket in your client area. We can then arrange a backup for you
  22. Please could you check your server error logs to see if anything is showing up there?
  23. There would be no way in which to do what you are looking for there, and to be honest its difficult to see how this could exist. Moderators on the system are set up to be able to moderate areas, not moderate people, so from the point of view of the platform there isnt actually such a list. I understand you may be using it in such a manner, but this would actually be members who have access to an area that moderator has moderation access to.
  24. You would need 3rd party development in order to send all that data to email. We can provide you with mysql backups of your site along with files, but to convert posts to email would be development work
  25. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
