  1. We have seen reports of this in the past on self-hosted environments, but unfortunately have never been able to actively replicate the issue

  3. Please let us know if you still see issues on PHP 8 once you have upgraded to the latest release, as you shouldn't see that issue

  8. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  9. Its worth mentioning also, that if you wanted to be really creative about it, you could create a stream, add a link to it on the menu, but only allow it to a set group. Have a group that has posted say 5 or less items that it shows to, and nobody else. This way you end up in a situation whereby you gain the members you wish to help find their content, while removing the clutter for people who already know how
  10. You look to be using a google workplace account which is why that will be being asked. I would say external. Although to be honest I have never seen that question asked

  14. You would set this up from Customization->Appearance->Icons and Logos . Its "Default share images" you are looking for
  15. Feel free to PM it to be if you like, but what I mean is the user you are logging into your admin CP with when you get this error. You have a permissions error we need to look at for you, but dont know the user you are logged in as in order to check this
  16. Please then check your error logs again, as we need to know what the error is now collab has been removed
  17. Please could you check the contents o these are the same, as if that setting is switched off, nobody should be getting those emails at all. Please be aware that support issues can be up to 72 hours. While we are nowhere near this long, there will be times where it takes longer to respond. These are direct support requests, they are simply in a different location than they were previously.

  21. Are you referring to a cover photo here? I am not seeing any issues with this on my end
