  2. To clarify, you are using the same suite key on the same redis installation for both instances. So the constant 'SUITE_UNIQUE_KEY' would need to be changed on the test instance
  3. It sounds like you are probably pointing to the same redis instance there for live and test. In which case, that would indeed be causing issues
  4. There is no quick fix for this. I would need to create a ticket for it. Happy to do so if you want to get this resolved?
  5. If you download to any other device, do they open? Asking as it may well be you have nothing to open then with on your phone

  13. You dont appear to have any default database templates there. Are you happy for me to replace the standard display template contents with its defaults for testing?
  14. Are you seeing this on a default theme there, as Im not able to replicate this at all on my end. I can see it on yours when I scroll down the page, but it does look to be because Im hovering in the middle of the page while scrolling, so indeed Im over the images.
  15. Ah, what you are seeing there is just the lazy loader as you are scrolling down the page, as its loading

  17. While I understand you have been with them for a long time, and their support is good etc, they are unfortunately not providing the service in which you want to have provided. The issue you have is really an issue of what you are using to send your mail (currently your hosting), rather than an issue with the software. I would say, you can already export members with their email address from the members page in your admin CP by the way.
  18. If you are unsure how from the developer guides, you would be best to employ a developer to do this on your behalf. Its not something we are able to say "Just do x", as its development that is needed.   19. Its very likely the hook that is showing loaded these at the bottom. Try disabling that first of all.
  20. You would need development in order to create your own SSO for this. You can find our developer guides in the following location If it does have OAuth 2.0 you may be able to use the built in login method for this, if its just allowing people to log in using logins created on that platform. If that is the case, take a look here SVG is not a type that is allowed by default for logos. If you wish to use a SVG file you would need to manually add that to your theme

  23. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
